• Refunds Upon Termination: If the agreement is terminated by the customer in accordance with the specified terms, Devolutions will refund any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the subscription period on a pro-rata basis.

Rights Upon Termination:

• Cessation of Licenses: All licenses granted to the reseller or user will cease upon termination or expiration of the agreement.
• Return or Destruction of Materials: The reseller or user must return, destroy, or delete all copies of confidential information or other Devolutions materials in their possession or control.
• Survival of Certain Provisions: Certain provisions of the agreement, such as those related to data protection, confidentiality, and indemnity, will survive the termination or expiration of the agreement.

Consumer Rights:

• Cooling-Off Period: For consumer contracts, there is a 14-day cooling-off period during which the consumer can cancel the contract without penalty. This period starts the day after the goods are received or the service contract is entered into.
