Strawberry Browser typical implementation process:
Initial registration and seat allocation: Users request access and are allocated seats once available; this step may take time due to demand and waitlist status.
Companion selection and setup: Upon installation, users select from a curated list of pre-built AI companions or create custom ones tailored to workflow needs; typically completed in minutes to a few hours.
Integration with third-party tools and workflows: Users connect Strawberry Browser to platforms like Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft 365, and others as needed; integration is typically straightforward and occurs within hours or days for most business apps.
Workflow automation configuration: Users configure specific browser automations and approval rules for their AI companions; this setup can be customized quickly, often completed in under a day.
Strawberry Browser can be extensively customized to fit specific business needs through several key mechanisms.
Users can create unlimited custom AI companions tailored to unique workflows, beyond the provided templates such as Sales Sally or Extractor Ella.
Each companion can be fine-tuned for individual roles, tasks, and automation rules, making the platform adaptable for diverse business processes.
Workflows can be designed to automate company-specific tasks—such as lead qualification, candidate screening, data enrichment, or reporting—matching internal protocols.
Strawberry Browser integrates with various third-party business tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, Microsoft 365, Airtable, and other SaaS platforms, allowing businesses to connect the browser directly with their existing apps and processes.
API integration and direct in-browser automation enable further customization for advanced use cases and proprietary systems.
Important actions by AI companions require user approval, letting companies define custom approval workflows and policies aligned with their risk and compliance needs.
Companions can be limited in their permissions to fit security or compliance requirements unique to each business.
Businesses can set up specialized teams by assigning different companions to users based on department, function, or project.
Companion configuration is adaptable for varying needs across sales, HR, marketing, operations, and research teams.
Companions can be instructed to output results in formats and locations tailored to business needs—such as direct updates to Google Sheets, CRMs, or workflow management tools.
Data extraction, transformation, and delivery can be customized for reporting, analytics, and internal documentation tasks.
Users can continuously refine, add, or adjust companions and workflows as business needs change, keeping the browser aligned with evolving objectives.
Strawberry Browser’s pricing primarily revolves around subscription tiers and usage credits, with minimal additional costs for most users. There are no mandatory setup fees for standard plans, and browsing is always free—credits are only consumed for AI-powered automation or companion actions.
Setup fees: No charges for initial setup; onboarding and installation are self-service for most plans.
Maintenance costs: Ongoing platform maintenance is included in the subscription fee, with no hidden periodic maintenance charges.
Support charges: Priority or dedicated support is available at higher-tier plans (Pro, Ultra, and Team), included in the package price without separate fees.
Usage credits: Paid plans have set credit pools, and additional credits can be purchased for $10 per 1,000 credits when your included limit is exceeded.
Ad removal, expanded storage, and advanced tools: Available in paid plans with no extra surcharges beyond subscription and credit top-ups.
Strawberry Browser provides several support and training options for new users:
Guided onboarding: New users receive a setup tour and step-by-step walkthroughs upon first sign-in, helping them navigate the platform and meet their new AI companions.
Team library and role-based access: Teams can invite members directly via email, assign roles (admin, editor, viewer), and standardize onboarding by sharing pre-built or custom companions, reducing the learning curve for new groups.
In-platform help resources: Users have access to setup guides, workflow documentation, and practical examples for configuring and sharing companions and automations.
Community and support channels: An official contact email ([email protected]) and Discord community are available for direct troubleshooting, questions, and ongoing assistance.
User-driven training: Users can teach custom companions new skills through interactive, low-code “teach” workflows, and companions learn from user corrections over time.
Strawberry Browser employs several strong security measures to protect user data:
HTTPS encryption: All browser activity is encrypted, securing data between users and websites, even when using public Wi-Fi.
Privacy mode: Users can enable Privacy Mode or use a privacy window to prevent saving history, cookies, or cache, with all browsing data deleted after the session ends.
Tracker blocking: The browser actively blocks third-party trackers to minimize data collection and exposure while browsing.
Malware and phishing protection: Built-in blockers prevent users from accessing malicious websites and warn against phishing attempts.
Limited data collection: Strawberry Browser does not store complete browsing histories and only retains temporary data required for browser functionality—all personal history is purged upon closing the browser.
Cookie control: Users can choose which cookies are enabled or disabled, providing control over data retention and sharing.
No data selling: Personal data is not sold to third parties, and limited, non-targeted ads are used instead of invasive ad tracking.
Regular security updates: Frequent updates address security vulnerabilities and introduce new protections for user data.
Two-factor authentication (2FA): The platform supports secure logins for integrated tools via 2FA, helping protect account credentials when accessing AI and SaaS services.
Sandboxed app environment: Each integrated app or extension runs in its own sandbox, further blocking cross-site tracking and isolating sensitive activities.
Strawberry Browser releases updates frequently, with security patches and feature enhancements prioritized on a rolling basis. Updates are managed automatically and applied in the background, ensuring users always have the latest protections and tools without manual intervention. Critical updates related to security or major functionality are pushed as soon as available, while minor improvements and bug fixes are bundled into regular release cycles. This approach helps keep the browser secure, up-to-date, and aligned with evolving user needs.
Strawberry Browser’s policy gives users ownership and control of their personal data, along with options for data portability. Users can request a copy of their data, including a machine-readable export of information they provided to the platform. You can update, delete, anonymize, or restrict the processing of your account data anytime via your account settings or by contacting support, subject to legal requirements. Strawberry Browser does not sell personal data and only shares data as needed for essential services, legal requirements, or with user consent. For integrations, users can revoke or manage third-party app access from their account dashboard, maintaining control over shared data. These policies ensure that users retain the right to export and migrate their data if switching services or ending usage.
Strawberry Browser allows organizations to scale up or down their seat usage and platform licenses as business needs change, with flexible options for both upgrades and reductions.
Additional seats/users can be added at any time through the admin dashboard, subject to availability for high-demand periods.
Organizations can reduce the number of seats or licenses by removing users from their team, with changes taking effect at the next billing cycle.
Workspace and team management features let administrators invite or remove members, sync resources, and reassign companions for project scaling and changes.
Scaling terms for upgrades or downgrades are typically prorated or applied at the start of the next renewal cycle, avoiding disruption to active projects.
Admins can export companion routines, user configurations, and project workspaces to maintain continuity when scaling up or down.
For substantial enterprise changes, organizations may request customized scaling arrangements and contractual amendments for multi-seat deployments.
Strawberry Browser’s contract renewal and cancellation terms are outlined in its official legal documentation. Key data points include:
Subscription auto-renewal: Contracts typically renew automatically at the end of the subscription period unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date.
Cancellation policy: Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard or by contacting support, with the cancellation becoming effective at the end of the current billing cycle; no refunds for partial terms.
Notice requirements: Advanced notice may be required for cancellation before renewal, with users expected to act before their next billing date to avoid automatic renewal charges.
Data access and export: Upon cancellation, users can request data export and account deletion, maintaining data portability and privacy rights.
Service termination: The company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or breach of terms, with notice given except in cases of fraud or illegal activity.
Contract changes: Strawberry Browser may change contractual terms by providing notice to users before new terms take effect; continued use signals acceptance.
Refund policy: Typically, there are no refunds for unused time or services after cancellation; exceptions may apply for legal or documented service failures.
Strawberry Browser meets key global compliance standards related to data privacy, security, and legal regulations. The platform is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring users' data rights, transparency, and lawful processing practices. The software's Terms and Privacy Policy also reference compliance with other regional privacy laws as required, including standards for business operations in North America, such as CCPA.
