Data Transfersto the USA:
Contract Renewal:
The contract for ATILLA software services will automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods after the expiration of the initial term. Unless written notice is given by one party to the other at least thirty (30) months prior to the end of the initial or any subsequent term.
The renewalprocess includesthe possibilityof a fee increase. ATL SOFTWAREmay decide ona greater increaseof fees up to5% by givingthe client aminimum of three(3) months' priornotice. The clientmay refuse suchan increase andterminate thecontract withoutpenalty by sendinga registeredletter of terminationwithin thirty(30) days fromthe communicationof the new fees.
Contract Cancellation:
Eitherparty may terminatethe contractat the end ofthe minimum contractperiod with threemonths' notice.
The contract can also be terminated in the event of a breach by either party of any obligation under the contract. The breach remains uncured for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a registered letter notifying the breach. Thenon-breaching partymay terminatethe contractby registeredletter.
In the eventof early terminationfor default ofpayment by theclient, ATL SOFTWAREmay claim liquidated damages upto 10% of theamount remainingdue, withoutprejudice toany other damagesthat ATL SOFTWAREcould claim.

ATILLA complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring that personal data is processed lawfully and securely. This includes adherence to data protection principles and providing data subjects with rights such as access, rectification, and portability.
