Attila implementation process:
Configuration and Customization: Based on the initial consultation, the software is configured and customized to meet the client's unique requirements. This step ensures that the software aligns with the client's workflows and business objectives.
Data Migration: Existing data from the client's current systems is migrated to the ATILLA software. This step is crucial for ensuring that all relevant data is accurately transferred and integrated into the new system.
Training: Comprehensive training sessions are conducted for the client's staff to ensure they are proficient in using the new software. This training is essential for smooth adoption and effective use of the software.
Testing and Quality Assurance: The software undergoes rigorous testing to identify and resolve any issues. Quality assurance ensures that the software functions correctly and meets the client's expectations.
Attila customization process:
Modular Software: ATILA is described as a modular software package that can be customized to meet specific modeling needs at the lowest possible cost. This allows users to have a completely customized tool optimized for their application.
CAD Integration: The software integrates directly with CAD systems, allowing users to import geometry from various CAD formats such as SolidWorks®, Pro/ENGINEER®, Inventor®, CATIA®, Parasolid®, ACIS®, STL, STEP, and IGES. This integration supports direct CAD modeling, including geometry creation, repair, and manipulation.
Advanced Operational Functions: ATILLA Business Solutions offers a Security System Management application that has been designed in consultation with security experts. This system can be configured for centralized, decentralized, or combination dispatching to efficiently manage servicing and installation personnel, as well as alarm response units.
Industry-Specific Customization: The software is tailored for specific industries, such as security and alarm services, utility maintenance, and more. It includes features like advanced inventory tracking, real-time wireless dispatch calls, and integrated merchant services processing.
Customized Training:
ATILLA provides both virtual and on-site user-customized training. This training is designed to help users most effectively apply the software to their specific needs.
Training consists of interactive exercises, intuitive tutorials, and informative videos available on the Silver Fir Software User Portal.
Technical Support:
Technical support is available to assist users with any issues they may encounter. This support can be accessed virtually or on-site, depending on the user's preference and needs.
Data Protection and Privacy:
ATILLA adheres to data protection regulations, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). This ensures that personal data is processed lawfully and securely.
The software uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the transmission of confidential data, such as user requests and communications.
Security Features:
ATILLA's security measures include the use of secure, government-certified IPSec VPN software for creating encrypted links between devices and corporate networks.
The software also supports end-to-end encryption for data shared with third parties, ensuring that sensitive information remains protected.
Data Transmission Security:
Regular Updates:
ATILLA releases updates periodically to address issues and introduce new features. For example, the "Sons of Attila update for War Thunder was introduced on September 19, 2023, and included significant changes and new content.
Update Management:
Updates are managed through a structured process that includes testing for compatibility and functionality. Users with existing licenses can download the latest versions of the software, such as ATILA++ Beta versions, which are tested for compatibility with specific systems.
Data Ownership:
Personal data is processed based on the underlying contractual relationship, which includes inventory and master data (e.g., name, address), contact data (e.g., email address, telephone), contract data (e.g., services used, content and information provided), and payment data (e.g., bank details, payment history).
The data is retained as long as it is necessary for business processing and with regard to any warranty or liability obligations. The necessity of storing the data is reviewed at irregular intervals, and statutory retention obligations apply.
Data Portability:
Users have the right to data portability, which allows them to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. This right is particularly relevant when the data is processed based on consent or a contract and the processing is carried out by automated means.
The policy ensures that users can request the transfer of their data to another controller without hindrance, provided it is technically feasible.
Data Transfers to the USA:
Contract Renewal:
The contract for ATILLA software services will automatically renew for additional twelve (12) month periods after the expiration of the initial term. Unless written notice is given by one party to the other at least thirty (30) months prior to the end of the initial or any subsequent term.
The renewal process includes the possibility of a fee increase. ATL SOFTWARE may decide on a greater increase of fees up to 5% by giving the client a minimum of three (3) months' prior notice. The client may refuse such an increase and terminate the contract without penalty by sending a registered letter of termination within thirty (30) days from the communication of the new fees.
Contract Cancellation:
Either party may terminate the contract at the end of the minimum contract period with three months' notice.
The contract can also be terminated in the event of a breach by either party of any obligation under the contract. The breach remains uncured for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of a registered letter notifying the breach. The non-breaching party may terminate the contract by registered letter.
In the event of early termination for default of payment by the client, ATL SOFTWARE may claim liquidated damages up to 10% of the amount remaining due, without prejudice to any other damages that ATL SOFTWARE could claim.
