Voice Clearity

Effective Lead Capture: Users often praise the platform’s ability to prevent missed calls. Features like automated greetings, missed call alerts, and IVR (Interactive Voice Response) are cited as being highly effective for ensuring professional first impressions and capturing every lead.

Ease of Use and Training: Multiple reviewers on platforms like Software Advice and Capterra mention that the software is intuitive. This makes it particularly popular for organizations that frequently hire interns or new staff, as training time is minimal.

Reliable Call Quality and Recording: The "crystal-clear" voice quality is a recurring highlight. Users also value the reliability of the automated call recordings and logs, which are essential for quality monitoring and dispute resolution.

Responsive Technical Support: The support team is frequently described as "dedicated" and "fast." Reviews often mention that both technical and non-technical staff go "all-in" to resolve problems quickly.

Flexibility via Cloud: Because it is 100% cloud-based, managers appreciate the flexibility it offers for remote work, allowing teams to handle business calls from anywhere without being "chained to a desk."

Limited Log Retention: A common complaint is that call logs are only visible in the standard user dashboard for 30 days. While the company states that historical logs are available upon request, users find the lack of immediate access to older data frustrating.

IVR Menu Limitations: Some users have reported occasional technical difficulty in accessing or navigating all 0–9 menu options within a single IVR flow, which can lead to caller frustration if not perfectly configured.

Integration Complexity: While the platform offers API access, some IT-focused reviewers have mentioned that integrating the software with specific legacy CRM systems can require more manual effort than expected.
