TrulySmall Invoices
بواسطة Kashoo Cloud Accounting Inc. (DataTax Group)
Extreme Speed and Simplicity: The most praised feature is the "one-screen" philosophy. Users love that they can create and send a professional invoice in under a minute without navigating through multiple menus.
Professional Templates: Users frequently mention that the invoice templates are clean, modern, and professional-looking. The ability to easily add a company logo helps small businesses maintain a polished brand image.
Automated Payment Reminders: Small business owners appreciate the "set it and forget it" nature of the automated reminders, which helps them get paid faster without having to manually follow up with clients.
Mobile-First Design: The mobile application is well-regarded for its responsiveness. Users find it highly effective for invoicing clients immediately after a job is completed while still on-site.
Seamless Integration with Kashoo: For users who eventually need full bookkeeping, the ability to sync data with the broader Kashoo accounting platform is cited as a major benefit for future scaling.
Lack of Advanced Accounting Features: Because it is designed to be "truly small," it lacks features like inventory tracking, project cost management, or detailed expense categorization. Users who outgrow basic invoicing find they have to switch to more robust software.
Notification Reliability: Occasional reviews mention issues with email delivery notifications, where users are sometimes unsure if a client has actually opened the invoice unless they check the dashboard status manually.
