inConcert is a global leader and pioneer in the customer experience (CX) and digital marketing technology sector. Headquartered in Madrid, Spain, the company specializes in providing natively integrated cloud software solutions that help organizations transform their customer interactions into meaningful business outcomes. With over two decades of experience, inConcert has evolved from a specialized telephony software provider into a comprehensive CX powerhouse, serving over 300 major clients across the globe. The company's philosophy centers on the 'natively omnichannel' approach, ensuring that all communication channels—whether voice, social media, or messaging—are treated with equal importance and integrated into a single, cohesive workflow. This approach allows businesses to manage the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to service and collection, with unparalleled visibility and control. Today, inConcert is recognized for its heavy investment in Artificial Intelligence, particularly Generative AI, which is deeply embedded into its product suite to empower agents and automate complex processes. Its solutions are trusted by leading firms in the telecommunications, banking, insurance, and retail sectors, as well as by large-scale BPO service providers who require high performance and reliability.
The story of inConcert began in 1999 in Madrid, Spain, a period when the contact center industry was still dominated by expensive, proprietary hardware and siloed voice systems. The founders envisioned a future where software could unify all communication channels and run on standard IT infrastructure, a concept that was highly innovative at the time. From its inception, the company focused on building a platform that was flexible, scalable, and independent of specific hardware vendors. Early success in the Spanish market quickly led to expansion into Latin America, where inConcert established a strong presence in countries like Uruguay, Argentina, and Mexico. Throughout the early 2000s, the company stayed ahead of the curve by transitioning to cloud-native architectures long before 'SaaS' became the industry standard. This early commitment to innovation allowed inConcert to develop a unique codebase that handled digital channels with the same robustness as traditional voice. Over the years, the company has maintained its entrepreneurial spirit while growing into a global enterprise, consistently ranking as a top innovator in the European and Latin American contact center markets. The founding vision of 'intelligence in communication' remains at the heart of the company today as it leads the charge in GenAI-driven CX transformation.
inConcert has followed a trajectory of strategic growth, culminating in a major acquisition that has accelerated its global ambitions. For much of its history, the company grew through its own success, reinvesting profits into research and development. However, a significant turning point occurred in January 2022, when Linzor Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm with a strong focus on Latin America and Iberia, announced the acquisition of a 70% stake in inConcert and its strategic partner Convertia. This 'Buyout/LBO' deal was designed to merge the technology capabilities of inConcert with the digital marketing expertise of Convertia under the new holding company, inConcert Holdings. The investment provided the capital and strategic guidance necessary to triple the group's headcount and aggressively expand into new markets, including the United States and Northern Europe. While the exact valuation of the deal was not disclosed, the group reported revenues of approximately 40 million euros in 2021. This backing from Linzor has enabled inConcert to double down on its technological lead, particularly in GenAI and data analytics, ensuring it can compete at scale with the world's largest CX software providers while maintaining its agility.
inConcert's product portfolio is a sophisticated ecosystem designed to cover every touchpoint of the customer journey. Its flagship offering is inconnect, the omnichannel cloud contact center that serves as the operational hub for voice and digital interactions. Complementing this is a specialized Marketing Automation suite that helps businesses attract and convert leads through intelligent campaign management. For organizations focused on sales and revenue recovery, inConcert provides powerful Outbound Dialer solutions and a Digital Collection module that automates follow-ups across multiple channels. The company also offers a robust Workforce Management (WFM) tool to optimize agent scheduling and a CX Analytics suite that turns raw interaction data into actionable business intelligence. A key pillar of their current offering is the AI & Automation line, which includes the inSmartBot platform for building conversational voice and text bots, and the AI Copilot for real-time agent assistance. These offerings are designed to work together natively, providing a 'single pane of glass' for management, but they are also modular enough to be integrated into existing technology stacks via their comprehensive API framework.
Historically a dominant player in the Ibero-American markets, inConcert has undertaken an aggressive geographic and strategic expansion plan over the last several years. The company currently operates with a significant physical presence in Spain, Uruguay, Mexico, and the United States, providing local support and localized solutions to its global client base. Following the 2022 investment by Linzor Capital, the company has focused on penetrating the broader European market, specifically targeting growth in Italy, France, and Germany. Simultaneously, inConcert has strengthened its footprint in the United States, positioning itself as a high-value alternative to North American incumbents for enterprises with international operations. The expansion is not just geographic but also sectoral; the company has developed specialized solutions for the high-growth Fintech and Healthcare industries, ensuring its platform meets specific regional compliance standards like GDPR in Europe and HIPAA in the US. Furthermore, inConcert has expanded its partner ecosystem, working with global system integrators and consultancy firms to deliver its solutions to the Middle East and APAC regions, transforming it from a regional specialist into a truly global CX technology provider.
The last 18 months have seen a rapid evolution of the inconnect platform, driven primarily by the integration of Generative AI across all modules. Recent major releases include the 'GenAI Agent Copilot,' which provides agents with real-time response drafting, sentiment analysis, and instant interaction summarization. This feature has been proven to reduce after-call work (ACW) by up to 40%. Another significant innovation is the launch of the 'New Data Lake' architecture, which allows businesses to centralize massive volumes of interaction data for advanced machine learning applications and predictive analytics. inConcert also recently introduced its 'Conversational Voicebots' powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), allowing for more natural and context-aware automated IVR experiences. In terms of channel support, the platform has deepened its integration with WhatsApp Business API and social media messaging platforms, adding advanced rich-media handling and automated 'hand-off' protocols from bot to agent. Additionally, the 'Front-end Application Designer' was recently updated with more low-code capabilities, allowing supervisors to customize agent sidebars and workflows without requiring deep technical knowledge, significantly increasing operational agility.
inConcert prides itself on an inclusive, innovative, and people-centric corporate culture that balances high performance with employee well-being. The company has been recognized in lists such as 'Best Places to Work in IT' for 2024/2025, reflecting its commitment to professional development and a healthy work-life balance. Its culture is built on values of transparency, ethical innovation, and a 'customer-at-the-center' mindset. Employees are encouraged to take ownership of their projects and are given the freedom to experiment with emerging technologies, which is why the company has remained a pioneer in the AI space. inConcert also promotes diversity through various initiatives, ensuring a workplace where different perspectives are valued. The environment is described as collaborative and fast-paced but supportive, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning through its internal training programs. This 'human-first' approach extends to its product design, where the focus is on building tools that make the lives of contact center agents easier and more productive rather than just focusing on pure automation.
The inConcert community is an active ecosystem comprising customers, technology partners, and developers who are passionate about the future of CX. The company fosters this community through multiple channels, including its 'inConcert Web Solutions' and 'Thinking Space' platforms, which provide insights, webinars, and thought leadership on CX trends and AI applications. For developers and technical partners, inConcert offers an 'API-friendly' portal with extensive documentation, ensuring that the platform's extensibility can be fully leveraged for custom integrations. The company also hosts regular user groups and certification programs that help CX professionals stay ahead of the curve in terms of platform mastery and industry best practices. Beyond the digital space, inConcert is active in major global industry conferences like GITEX Global and various CX forums in Europe and LatAm, where it facilitates networking and knowledge sharing among its peers. The company also demonstrates its commitment to social responsibility through the 'In Concert with Good' initiative, encouraging its team and partners to participate in community-uplift and volunteer programs, further strengthening the bonds within its corporate and social network.
