بواسطة Zielnavigator
Zielnavigator is a strategy execution and goal management SaaS platform, primarily serving medium and larger businesses that seek a transparent, collaborative, and customizable approach to implementing vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Zielnavigator was co-founded by Martin Krumbein, a former sales director for a B2B market leader, and Professor Dr. Martin Artz, an expert in performance management and strategy implementation, combining consulting and technology expertise to address strategic execution challenges for companies.
The platform launched to bring together all relevant strategic content—vision, mission, measures, KPIs—into a single source of truth, enabling real-time tracking and collaborative progress management for distributed teams.
Core features include goal setting (OKR, MBO, and custom methods), task management, real-time KPI tracking, project/initiative mapping, permission controls, automated reporting, and centralized visibility of progress, responsibilities, and deadlines.
The platform enables integration with other business tools via API, supports customizable dashboards for departments and users, and provides export/import functionality for seamless data flow.
Recent updates emphasize faster onboarding, daily-updated summaries, expanded integration (traffic light status, PDF exports, and customizable domains), and specialized modules for HR, leadership, and participative management.
Zielnavigator’s philosophy centers on participatory corporate management, transparency, efficiency, and accountability.
The company advocates logical organization of teams and goals, participative motivation, and simplified, intuitive operation—values reflected in feature design and user engagement.
Zielnavigator serves a diverse user group—executives, HR leaders, consultants, and line managers—in both medium-sized organizations and larger enterprises.
The community benefits from onboarding resources, admin support, customizable guidance, free trial periods, and ongoing product education, with feedback loops to influence platform development.
