Call Monitoring Software

نظرة عامة على شركة Microcall للبرمجيات

Microcall is a long‑standing, specialized telecom analytics company that provides unified call accounting, reporting, and alerting across on‑prem PBX and modern UCaaS/contact‑center platforms, used by enterprises including Fortune 500 organizations. It is privately held, and no public sources disclose venture funding rounds or valuation figures

عروض ومميزات المنتجات

Core capabilities include: call reporting and trend analytics, cost allocation and telecom billback, cradle‑to‑grave interaction tracking, informal contact‑center management (SLAs, KPIs, wallboards), and multi‑platform UC/CC integration.
Security and operations functions cover toll‑fraud detection, instant alerts (system failures, 911, misrouted calls, poor quality), and security/compliance monitoring, all surfaced via configurable dashboards and “Galleries” reporting views.

Microcall Al والميزات الجديدة

A recent milestone is Microcall Version 10, which modernizes the UI, enhances Galleries dashboards, and adds richer metrics and visualizations for cloud platforms such as Microsoft Teams and key CCaaS/UCaaS vendors.
Newer releases add capabilities like gallery import/export, improved real‑time and historical visualization, and extended platform‑specific KPIs, showing an incremental, integration‑heavy roadmap rather than a pivot away from telecom analytics.

Microcall explicitly emphasizes ethics, transparency, honesty, and trust, stating that it upholds “the highest ethical standards” and positions innovation as a core driver of its product evolution.
The company frames customer relationships as partnerships, highlighting close collaboration during implementation, ongoing free training and system audits, and a culture of listening to customer goals and helping them “get there in the quickest way possible.”

المجتمع وقاعدة المستخدمين

Microcall reports working with “global brands” and is used across sectors including finance, healthcare, government, education, technology, logistics, hospitality, and professional services; case materials and whitepapers cite deployments at a Fortune 500 financial institution and at American Airlines.
The user community is primarily enterprise IT, telecom, and operations teams who rely on Microcall daily for troubleshooting, cradle‑to‑grave analysis, and cost management, supported by US‑based veteran support staff and resources such as whitepapers, webinars, and events rather than an open‑source or self‑service community model.
