Findity’s onboarding process is designed to be fast and structured, with steps tailored for both users and partners:
Invitation & Account Setup
Administrators invite users, who receive an email to activate their accounts, set a password, and download the mobile or web app.
Administrator Configuration
Admins configure the organization’s environment via the Partner or Admin portal: defining approvers, departments, corporate cards, settings, dimensions, reimbursement options, and policy rules.
Define Payment Methods & Integrations
Set up corporate cards and integrate with accounting/ERP systems, third-party receipt platforms (e.g., Kivra), or bank networks using built-in integrations.
White-Label or API Integration (for Partners)
API users or partners receive a tenant-specific environment with sandbox access (stage-api.findity.com) to configure branding, authentication, workflows, and endpoint access before going live.
Testing & Rollout
Dedicated test environments allow partner-driven integration and workflow validation before launch.
Launch & Training
Once configured, users are activated, onboarded, and begin submitting expenses. Notifications, reminders, approval workflows, and help guides support the rollout process.
While Findity does not publish exact durations, its onboarding is built for rapid deployment. Partners aim to launch fully branded solutions in weeks rather than months, with guides and test environments designed for efficiency.
Findity’s platform offers rich customization options across four main areas:
White-Label & Headless Deployment
Partners use the Expense API or white-label UI to deliver branded solutions within their product ecosystems. Custom UIs and branded mobile apps can replace Findity’s defaults entirely.
Configurable Tenant Structure
Through the client application model, each partner controls their own environments. Orchestration includes partner-level entities, sub-organizations, and user roles with separate configurations and pricing models.
Workflow Customization
Organizations can tailor approval flows (e.g., delegated approvals), define policy rules per department or cost center, configure dimensions and budget limits, enable or disable features like per diem, mileage, and duplicate detection.
Integration & API Flexibility
Developers access REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, SDKs, OpenAPI/Swagger specs, and sandbox environments for full control over integrations and data flow.
Localization & Reporting
Multi-language support, localized tax handling, customizable report formats, email templates, and PDF reports (including optional right-to-left layouts) ensure compliance and branding alignment.
Findity primarily uses a subscription-based pricing model, starting at around £7 per user per month. There are no mandatory setup fees for standard deployments, but white-label implementations or advanced API integrations may incur additional costs depending on branding, customization, and development support. Maintenance and updates are included in the subscription, and Findity does not publicly list extra charges for basic support. However, enterprise-level support or dedicated onboarding assistance may be priced separately for partners who require extensive customization.
Findity offers a robust support ecosystem:
Findity prioritizes data security and compliance:
Findity follows a continuous improvement model, releasing updates regularly to enhance functionality, security, and compliance. Updates typically include new features, bug fixes, and localization improvements. These updates are cloud-delivered, meaning users and partners do not need to manually install patches—changes are applied automatically across web and mobile apps. For partners using white-label or API integrations, updates are managed through sandbox environments first, allowing testing before production rollout. This ensures minimal disruption and smooth adoption of new features.
Findity adheres to GDPR standards, meaning all data collected belongs to the customer organization, not Findity. Businesses retain full ownership of their expense data, receipts, and reports. The platform supports data portability, allowing organizations to export expense records, reports, and user data in standard formats (CSV, PDF, or via API) for migration or compliance purposes. This ensures companies can move their data to other systems without vendor lock-in.
Findity offers flexible subscription plans that allow organizations to scale easily. Adding or removing users can be done through the admin portal, and billing adjusts accordingly on a per-user basis. For partners, scaling involves expanding API usage or adding new branded environments, which can be provisioned quickly. There are no long-term lock-in requirements, so businesses can increase or decrease their subscription as needed. This elasticity makes Findity suitable for growing companies or seasonal businesses with fluctuating expense management needs.
The company reserves the right to amend terms at any time; continued platform use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
Support hours (08:00–17:00 CET) include email and phone—likely where cancellation support can be requested.
The Terms state that unused service remains available until term-end; refunds are not guaranteed.
Cancellation or non-renewal for white-label or API partnerships may require formal notice per contractual agreements, which are negotiated individually and are not public.
