CORE smartwork GmbH, headquartered in Gurten, Upper Austria, is a pioneering Employee Relationship Management (ERM) and internal communication platform. The platform delivers a modular ERM software ecosystem with 19 configurable modules covering communication (newsfeeds, chat), HR workflows (personnel records, recruitment), performance management (360° feedback, reviews), learning and development (e-learning), innovation (idea management), wellness, and corporate TV. Clients choose between three editions—Lite, Standard, or Advanced—tailored to their scale and functional requirements.
Recent innovations include the integrated chat feature, revamped mobile UI, and enhanced navigation—released in May 2024. This update reflects CORE’s agile delivery model and commitment to ongoing product refinement.
