Users can set up meeting playbooks with questions, battle cards, and embedded CRM properties, which can be customized based on the unique requirements of the business.
Additionally, Luru supports both standard and custom objects, providing flexibility to build intricate workflows swiftly. This means that businesses can create custom fields and properties within their CRM and have these seamlessly integrated into Luru's interface. This level of customization ensures that the software can adapt to various sales processes and business models.
Luru also offers custom reports and dashboards, allowing businesses to generate reports with customizable fields to better understand employee performance and sales metrics. This feature is particularly useful for businesses that need to track specific KPIs and metrics that are unique to their operations.
Luru offers comprehensive training and support to ensure that new users can quickly get up to speed with the software. The training process typically begins with onboarding sessions, where users are introduced to the core features and functionalities of the software. These sessions are designed to provide a solid foundation and help users understand how to navigate the interface and utilize key features.
In addition to onboarding, Luru provides hands-on CRM training to ensure that salespeople know how to log interactions, track leads, and pull out reports. This training is crucial for maximizing the efficiency of the sales team and ensuring that they can fully leverage the capabilities of the software.
Luru also offers regular tech workshops to keep users updated on the latest tools and technologies. These workshops are designed to help users stay ahead of the curve and continuously improve their skills. They cover a range of topics, from basic usage to advanced features, ensuring that users at all levels can benefit.
Luru takes data security very seriously and has implemented a range of measures to protect customer data. All customer data is stored within AWS and encrypted at rest, providing an added layer of security. This reduces the risk of unauthorized access and ensures that data is protected even if physical security measures are breached.
In addition to encryption at rest, all customer data is encrypted in transit using the Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. This ensures that data is protected as it moves between the user's device and Luru's servers, preventing interception by unauthorized parties.
Luru follows a philosophy of the least privilege for access controls, meaning that employees have only the minimum level of access required to do their jobs. This minimizes the risk of internal data breaches and ensures that sensitive information is only accessible to those who need it. All Luru employees undergo continuous security awareness training to stay updated on the latest security practices and threats.
Luru's policy on data ownership emphasizes the importance of possessing and controlling the information that passes through its app. This means that Luru, as the data owner, has the sole irrevocable right to access, utilize, store, modify, copy, or remove data. This control extends to both data stored on-premises and data stored with cloud services. Essentially, data ownership ensures that Luru holds the keys and title to the data, similar to owning a car, which underscores the importance of having full control over the data to maintain the integrity and security of the app.
Data portability is another critical aspect of Luru's data policy. It refers to the ability to transfer, transport, or export data from one location to another at the owner's discretion. This capability is crucial for maintaining flexibility and ensuring that data can be moved as needed without restrictions. Data portability allows Luru to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements, ensuring that data remains accessible and usable regardless of where it is stored.
The policy also highlights the ethical responsibility of protecting user data. Given the prevalence of data breaches and cybersecurity threats, Luru's commitment to data ownership and portability is not just about control, but also about safeguarding user trust and maintaining the company's reputation. By ensuring that data is handled responsibly and securely, Luru aims to prevent incidents like the Facebook-Cambridge Analytica scandal, where mishandling of data led to significant reputational damage.
Luru's terms and conditions for contract renewal and cancellation are designed to provide clarity and flexibility for its clients. Clients are required to pay the specified fees in full prior to any services being rendered. This includes authorizing Luru to automatically charge the payment method on each anniversary of the registration date, based on the chosen billing frequency (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually). Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of the client's account and access to services and files.
Clients have the right to cancel Luru's services at any time by contacting the company via email or speaking to a representative. Upon cancellation, Luru will keep the client's logins and account active until the end of the current billing period, allowing access to all previously submitted files. This policy ensures that clients have continued access to their data and files even after deciding to terminate the service, providing a smooth transition period.
Luru reserves the right to change its pricing and service offerings at any time without prior notice. This means that clients need to stay informed about any updates to the terms and conditions to avoid any surprises. The company also emphasizes that all design and original source files created while a client is enrolled with Luru are owned by the client. This ownership clause ensures that clients retain full rights to the work produced, which is crucial for maintaining control over their intellectual property.
Luru meets several compliance standards to ensure the security and privacy of the data it handles. One of the key standards is the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which is a comprehensive data protection law in the European Union. GDPR compliance involves strict controls over the collection, processing, and transfer of personal data, ensuring that user privacy is protected and that data is handled transparently and securely.
In addition to GDPR, Luru also adheres to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) for handling medical data in the United States. HIPAA imposes stringent requirements on how medical data is collected, stored, and shared, ensuring that patient information is kept confidential and secure. Compliance with HIPAA is essential for any company operating in the healthcare sector, as it protects patient privacy and ensures that data is handled in accordance with legal standards.
Luru also follows the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which is a set of security standards designed to ensure that all companies that accept, process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. PCI DSS compliance involves implementing robust security measures to protect cardholder data from breaches and fraud. This standard is crucial for maintaining trust with clients and ensuring the security of financial transactions.
