It supports Single Sign-On (SSO), Federated Identity Management, and standard protocols like OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, and SAML 2.0.
Application Security: The software employs a hybrid approach based on Access Control List (ACL) and role-based access authorization. Customers can control roles and permissions, ensuring that users have access only to the functions and data they need.
Data Security: Data is protected while in use, at rest, and in transit through encryption and other security measures. INTOUCH leverages AWS's robust security infrastructure, which includes physical security, network security, and OS-level security.
INTOUCH updates:
Release Schedule: The software typically has one major release per year, along with quarterly maintenance releases. Additionally, rapid releases are deployed on an emergency basis for critical fixes.
INTOUCH data ownership and portability are defined below:
Data Ownership: Customers maintain full ownership of their data. INTOUCH's architecture supports the use of customer-owned identity stores and data repositories, ensuring that data remains under the customer's control.
Scalability: The software's cloud-based, microservices architecture allows for easy scaling. Customers can adjust the number of users and the volume of communications as their needs change.
Pricing Model: INTOUCH's pricing is based on the number of users and the volume of communications. This model allows organizations to scale up or down without incurring unnecessary costs.

Contract Renewal: Contracts for software services like INTOUCH typically include an auto-renewal clause, where the contract is automatically renewed at the end of the current term unless the customer notifies the provider of their intention not to renew within a specified period before the contract's expiration. The renewal term may be the same as the original term or default to a shorter period, such as month-to-month, if not specified.
Cancellation Policy: Customers usually have the right to cancel their contracts at any time, but the terms for cancellation, including any required notice period and potential penalties or fees for early termination, vary. For services billed on a subscription basis, cancellation often takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and customers may continue to have access to the service until then.
