GoodShuffle Pro is designed to accommodate the changing needs of event rental businesses, offering flexibility to scale operations both up and down as your organization evolves. Here are the key terms and practices for adjusting your usage:
Add or Remove Users: You can add additional users (full or limited) at any time for a monthly fee per user. Users can also be removed if your team size decreases, adjusting your subscription costs accordingly.
Modular Integrations: Optional integrations (such as QuickBooks Online and website wishlist features) can be added or removed as needed, so you only pay for what your business currently requires.
No Setup or Cancellation Fees: There are no extra fees for scaling up or down—changes to your user count or integrations can be managed directly from your account dashboard.
Monthly or Annual Plans: Choose between monthly or annual billing cycles. You can switch plans or adjust your subscription tier at any time to reflect your current operational scale.
Immediate Upgrades: Upgrades (such as adding users or integrations) take effect immediately, with charges prorated for the remaining billing period.
Downgrades and Cancellations: Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period concludes, with no penalties for reducing your plan.
Unlimited Inventory and Orders: All plans include unlimited inventory items and orders, so you only need to scale your subscription when your team or integration needs change, not based on transaction volume.
No Data Loss: Scaling up or down does not affect your stored data, inventory, or order history. All business information remains accessible and intact.
Self-Service Management: All scaling actions (adding/removing users, integrations, or switching plans) can be managed instantly via your admin dashboard.
Automatic Renewal: Subscription plans for GoodShuffle Pro are set to automatically renew at the then-current rates, based on the billing period selected (monthly or annual), unless cancelled or terminated as outlined in the agreement.
Renewal Periodicity: The renewal follows the same periodicity as the original subscription—monthly plans renew monthly, annual plans renew annually.
Pricing and Changes: GoodShuffle reserves the right to update subscription rates or terms. Users may be notified of material changes via email or platform notification, with changes typically taking effect no earlier than 72 hours after posting.
User Responsibility: The account administrator is responsible for managing subscription renewals, including any additional users or features added to the account.
No Long-Term Lock-In: GoodShuffle Pro does not require long-term contracts; users can select between monthly or annual payment options and are not locked into extended commitments.
User-Initiated Cancellation: Users can cancel their subscription at any time through the platform. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are applied after that period.
No Cancellation Fees: There are no penalties or fees for cancelling a subscription. Users retain access to paid features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds: Refunds are not standard policy. However, in exceptional circumstances—such as admitted miscommunication or billing errors—partial refunds may be considered at GoodShuffle’s discretion.
Data Access and Export: Upon cancellation, users are advised to export all important data (invoices, reports, client lists, etc.) before deactivation. Once the account is deactivated, access to data may be lost, and GoodShuffle is not responsible for data retention or transition after cancellation.
Account Deactivation: After cancellation, users may receive notifications to promptly deactivate their account to avoid data loss. All user content and data may be deleted after account closure, so timely backup is essential.
