The entry-level “Grow” plans are priced per program, starting at €1,900 for up to 50 applications, €2,900 for up to 100 applications, and €3,900 for up to 200 applications, each valid for one year. The “Pro” plan, at €4,900 per program, includes unlimited applications and additional advanced features. For organizations with larger or more complex requirements, custom Enterprise plans are available with tailored pricing and premium services such as advanced reporting, priority support, and white-labeling. All plans include unlimited admin seats, judges, and access to core features, with no setup, training, or hidden fees. Billing is typically one-time per program per year, and you can upgrade your plan at any time by paying the difference. A free trial is also available, allowing users to test the platform before committing.
