Typical implementation process for Delivery Trust by Identillect software:
Initial Consultation and Needs Assessment: The team evaluates the organization’s email security needs and sets up customized goals for secure email communication.
Account Setup and Configuration: Delivery Trust accounts are created, and configurations are set according to the organization’s security preferences, including access restrictions and encryption options.
User Training and Onboarding: Training sessions are provided to familiarize users with Delivery Trust's interface, secure email procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
System Integration and Testing: The software is integrated with existing email systems (e.g., Outlook, Gmail), followed by testing to ensure compatibility and functionality.
Delivery Trust customization process:
Integration with Existing Systems: Delivery-Trust integrates seamlessly with popular email clients such as Microsoft Outlook, Office 365, and Gmail, allowing businesses to customize the software to work within their existing email infrastructure.
Security and Compliance: The software allows customization of security settings, including encryption protocols and user permissions, to meet specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
User Preferences and Features: Businesses can tailor features like user permissions, security settings, and encryption protocols to match their specific workflows and requirements.
Low-Code and No-Code Platforms: The emergence of low-code and no-code platforms empowers non-technical users to customize software interfaces and workflows through visual drag-and-drop tools, reducing dependency on IT resources and accelerating project timelines.
Cloud-Based Customization: Cloud-based solutions offer scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness, allowing businesses to deploy, manage, and update customized software solutions remotely.
Delivery Trust® by Identillect Technologies does not charge setup fees, and there are no hidden maintenance costs mentioned on their official site. The software is designed for easy integration with platforms like Outlook, Gmail, and Office 365, requiring no complex installation or IT expertise. Additionally, support is included with all plans—available any time of day, even outside normal business hours, at no extra cost.
Delivery Trust training and support:
User Training: Identillect provides training sessions such as webinars, tutorials, and one-on-one training to help users understand and effectively use the Delivery-Trust software.
Technical Support: Ongoing technical support is available to address any issues or questions that may arise during and after the implementation process.
Dedicated Support Teams: Some plans include access to dedicated strategic account management and technical support teams to assist with configuration and provide additional support during the incubation period.
Encryption Techniques:
Delivery-Trust uses industry-standard encryption protocols like SSL/TLS to encrypt data during transmission, ensuring that sensitive information remains unreadable to unauthorized entities.
End-to-end encryption is implemented, which means data is encrypted from the sender to the recipient, ensuring privacy throughout its journey.
Access Controls and Authentication:
Role-based access controls ensure that only authorized personnel can access specific information, minimizing the risk of unauthorized access.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security by requiring a password and an additional verification method, such as a code sent to a phone.
Data Anonymization and Pseudonymization:
Data anonymization and pseudonymization techniques are used to protect customer identities by replacing sensitive information with pseudonyms or making it completely anonymous.
Regular Security Audits and Vulnerability Assessments:
Regular security audits and vulnerability assessments are conducted to identify and mitigate potential threats.
Periodic penetration testing is performed to proactively identify and address vulnerabilities before they can be exploited.
Transparent Communication and User Control:
Transparent communication about how data is collected, used, and protected helps build trust with users.
Users are provided with control over their data, allowing them to decide what information they are comfortable sharing.
Compliance with Data Protection Regulations: Delivery-Trust complies with relevant data protection regulations such as GDPR, ensuring that data handling practices meet legal standards.
Update Frequency: Delivery-Trust releases updates regularly to ensure the software remains secure and up to date. While the exact frequency of updates is not specified, it is common for security-focused software to receive updates on a monthly or quarterly basis.
Update Management:
Updates are managed through a continuous delivery pipeline, which automates the process of delivering new software. This pipeline includes automated builds, tests, and deployments to ensure that updates are thoroughly vetted before being released.
The software update process involves compliance assessment scans, which are scheduled to run at regular intervals (e.g., every seven days) to determine the state of software updates on client systems.
Deployment re-evaluation cycles are configured to ensure that previously installed updates are reinstalled if they are still required but no longer found on clients.
1. Data Ownership:
Delivery-Trust ensures that users retain ownership of their data. This means that while the data is processed and stored by Delivery-Trust, the users have full control over their personal information.
The policy emphasizes transparency and user control, allowing users to manage their data according to their preferences. This includes the ability to access, modify, and delete their data as needed.
2. Data Portability:
Delivery-Trust supports data portability, enabling users to transfer their data from one service provider to another seamlessly. This is in line with regulations such as the GDPR, which mandates that users should be able to move their data without hindrance.
The process involves robust encryption and authentication mechanisms to ensure that data is securely transferred. For example, data is encrypted using strong algorithms like AES-256 during transit and storage, and user authentication (e.g., two-factor authentication) is required to initiate the portability process.
Users have granular control over the types of data they export, allowing them to select specific data subsets (e.g., photos, posts) while excluding sensitive or irrelevant information.
1. Scaling Up: Delivery-Trust offers flexible solutions that can scale up to meet increasing organizational needs. This involves adding more resources, such as additional storage, processing power, and user licenses, to accommodate growth.
The process of scaling up is aligned with the organization's business strategy and product development needs. This ensures that the additional resources are effectively utilized to deliver consistent value and meet business goals.
Small, empowered teams are recommended for scaling up, as they can operate autonomously and efficiently. This approach helps maintain high performance and agility even as the organization grows.
2. Scaling Down:
Similarly, Delivery-Trust allows organizations to scale down their resources when needed. This involves reducing the number of user licenses, storage capacity, or processing power to match the current demand.
The ability to scale down helps organizations manage costs effectively and avoid over-provisioning of resources. It ensures that the organization remains agile and can quickly adapt to changing business conditions.

Delivery Trust adheres to the following compliance standards:
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Delivery-Trust complies with GDPR, ensuring that data handling practices meet the stringent requirements for data protection and privacy in the European Union.
California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA): The software also adheres to the CCPA, which provides similar protections for residents of California, ensuring transparency and control over personal data.
Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS): Delivery-Trust meets PCI DSS requirements, which are critical for handling payment information securely and protecting against data breaches.
SOC 2 Type II Compliance: Delivery-Trust has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance, which involves rigorous auditing of data management practices against five Trust Service Criteria: Security, Availability, Processing Integrity, Confidentiality, and Privacy. This compliance ensures that the software employs stringent controls to protect data against unauthorized access and threats.
