The terms & conditions for contract renewal and cancellation
Contract Renewal
Accessing the Contract: Navigate to the Contracts tab and open the contract that is in the Active state.
Renewal Process: Click on the "More" option and enter the necessary details to renew the contract.
Contract Cancellation
Zoho Recruit provides clear guidelines for contract cancellation:
Initiating Cancellation: To cancel a subscription, users can do so within the Zoho service they are using or by sending an email to [email protected].
Termination by Zoho: Zoho reserves the right to terminate unpaid user accounts that are inactive for a continuous period of 120 days. They will provide prior notice of such termination and an option to back up data. Accounts can also be terminated for suspected illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity, or requests by law enforcement agencies.
User-Initiated Termination: Users have the right to terminate their accounts if Zoho breaches its obligations under the agreement, in which case they are entitled to a prorated refund of any prepaid fees.
