Contract Renewal

Contract Cancellation

Termination for Convenience: Customers may terminate the agreement for convenience by providing written notice at least ninety (90) days before the end of the current subscription term.

Data Deletion: After termination, the customer's license rights terminate, and they must stop using the software services and cease accessing any customer data. The company may delete the customer data at any time after thirty (30) days from the termination date.
Payment Obligations: Upon termination, the customer remains obligated to pay all amounts already owed to the company under the agreement. If the termination is due to the company's uncured breach, all pre-paid, unused fees from the date of termination shall be refunded to the customer.
