The typical implementation process for Synopsys Simpleware software involves several key steps to ensure a smooth and effective deployment. Here’s a step-by-step overview:
Initial Consultation: This involves understanding the specific needs and requirements of the customer. Synopsys' team works closely with the client to identify the goals and objectives of using Simpleware.
Software Installation: The software is installed on the client’s systems. This can be done either on-premises or via cloud-based solutions, depending on the client's preferences and infrastructure.
Configuration and Customization: The software is configured to meet the specific needs of the client. This includes setting up user accounts, defining workflows, and integrating with existing systems such as CAD, CAE, and 3D printing workflows. Simpleware offers customization options, including scripting and plug-ins, to tailor the software to specific business needs.
Training and Onboarding: Synopsys provides comprehensive training sessions for the client’s team to ensure they are proficient in using the software. This can include on-site training, online tutorials, and access to support resources.
Pilot Testing: A pilot phase is conducted where the software is used on a small scale to ensure it meets the client’s requirements and to identify any potential issues.
Full Deployment: After successful pilot testing, the software is fully deployed across the organization. This includes migrating data, setting up full-scale workflows, and ensuring all users have access.
The entire implementation process can vary in duration depending on the complexity of the client’s requirements and the scale of deployment. Typically, it can take anywhere from a few weeks to several months.
