Storeganise is recognized for its transparent, straightforward pricing with minimal hidden or additional costs, making it appealing for businesses seeking predictable budgeting. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect regarding setup fees, maintenance, and support charges:
No Setup Fees: Storeganise does not charge setup or onboarding fees. Businesses can transition—including data migration, website configuration, and staff training—without paying extra upfront costs. Getting started typically only requires payment of the chosen monthly subscription.
No Extra Maintenance Fees: All system updates, platform maintenance, infrastructure costs, and feature enhancements are included in your subscription. As a cloud-based service, Storeganise ensures that every customer receives the latest features and security patches automatically, without hidden maintenance expenses.
No Support Charges: Comprehensive support—including fast responses to technical issues, onboarding help, and operational guidance—is included in the platform’s monthly fee. User reviews highlight exceptionally responsive support, with help available for both daily operations and complex queries at no additional cost.
Subscription-Based Model: The only ongoing cost is the monthly or annual subscription fee, which covers licensing, cloud hosting, updates, and all standard features. There are no cancellation charges; users can add or remove facilities simply by updating their subscription as business needs change.
Integrations and Add-Ons: Many integrations (access control, payment gateways like Stripe, Xero, PTI, Nokē, etc.) are supported natively. While Storeganise includes extensive API connectivity as part of standard plans, any external service (like payment processing or accounting software) may charge its own fees, independent of Storeganise.
Storeganise implements a multi-layered approach to data security and privacy, ensuring the protection of sensitive customer and business information. Here are the key security measures and practices in place:
Data Encryption: Storeganise employs encryption protocols both when storing data and during transmission. This ensures that sensitive information—such as customer details and billing data—is protected from unauthorized access.
Industry-standard Security: The platform follows robust, industry-standard security measures, including regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
GDPR Compliance: Storeganise is fully compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), meaning customer data is handled according to strict privacy and legal standards, especially for users in the European Economic Area.
Clear Privacy Policy: Their privacy policy outlines how personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected. It also details users' rights, such as data access, rectification, deletion, or portability and the means to contact the company for privacy-related requests.
Controlled Data Retention: Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes specified in the privacy policy and is deleted or anonymized as required by law or user requests.
Cloud Hosted & Multi-Tenant Security: Storeganise uses a secure, cloud-based infrastructure for data hosting, which is maintained and monitored to safeguard against breaches and downtime. Regular penetration tests and audits are conducted to ensure the platform’s security meets evolving threats.
Access Controls: The software supports granular access controls—allowing administrators to manage who can see or manipulate data within the system, reducing the risk from internal threats.
Authentication: Strong authentication protocols, including secure passwords and (optionally) integration with advanced access systems, further secure user accounts.
Monitoring & Alerts: Storeganise offers remote monitoring and detailed audit trails, allowing storage operators to oversee user access, monitor suspicious activity, and respond to incidents promptly.
API & Integrations Security: All pre-built integrations and use of the Storeganise API follow secure coding and data handling best practices to prevent unauthorized access through third-party connections.
Smart Access & CCTV Integrations: The platform integrates with smart access control systems and surveillance tools for on-site physical security. These integrations allow for centralized tracking of physical entry and exit events, adding another layer to the data security and facility safety posture.
Storeganise regularly rolls out updates to enhance its platform, typically releasing feature and system upgrades on a quarterly basis. For example, Storeganise announced notable updates in Q1 2025, Q2 2025, Q3 2024, and Q2 2024, with blog posts detailing new features, improvements, and bug fixes nearly every quarter. These updates include enhancements to core features, the addition of new integrations, UX/UI improvements, and operational automations.
How Updates Are Managed:
Automatic Rollout: Updates are rolled out automatically to users over a period of several weeks, meaning customers receive improvements seamlessly with minimal disruption to operations.
Change Logs & Blog Updates: Each significant update is communicated through detailed blog posts, outlining changes and new features. This ensures users are informed about what's new or altered.
Public Roadmap: Storeganise maintains a public product roadmap, letting users see upcoming features and planned improvements. Customers can even request new features to be added to the roadmap, increasing transparency and user engagement.
No User Installation Required: As a cloud-based platform, all updates are delivered server-side, so end-users do not need to install or configure updates themselves; they simply benefit from new capabilities as they go live.
Storeganise’s policy on data ownership and portability is aligned with modern privacy legislation, notably the GDPR, and is detailed in its Privacy Policy and Subscription Terms of Service as of July 2025.
Customer Data Control: The customer retains ownership and primary responsibility for the data entered into the Storeganise platform. Storeganise acts as a data processor, managing data in accordance with the customer's instructions and applicable data protection laws.
Restoration and Liability: In the event of any data loss or damage exclusively caused by Storeganise or its software, the company's sole obligation is to use reasonable efforts to restore the lost or damaged data. Storeganise is not responsible for loss or alteration caused by third parties or customer-side actions. If the customer or their users are at fault for the loss, Storeganise may charge for data restoration.
Compliance with Regulations: Both Storeganise and its customers must comply with all relevant data protection laws when processing customer data—this is explicitly outlined in their contract.
Right to Data Portability: Under GDPR principles, Storeganise users have the right to obtain their personal data in a structured, machine-readable, and commonly used format. This facilitates the transfer of data to other services if desired.
Exercise of Rights: Customers can access, update, or request deletion of their personal data directly via their account settings, or by contacting Storeganise support. If a portability request is made, Storeganise will provide the relevant personal data in an appropriate digital format.
Storeganise is designed to offer flexible, scalable terms that let organizations adjust their usage and costs as their operational needs evolve. Here’s how Storeganise supports scaling up or down:
Subscription Model: Storeganise uses a subscription-based, usage-driven pricing structure—commonly starting at around $50 to $90 per month and scaling according to the number of units or facilities managed. This means as you add or reduce storage units, your subscription fee adjusts accordingly.
No Long-Term Lock-In: Plans are month-to-month, allowing organizations to scale their use up or down without long-term contracts or hefty penalties—a major advantage for growing, seasonal, or downsizing businesses.
Increase or Decrease Capacity: You can seamlessly add new facilities, units, or users at any time, and Storeganise will automatically accommodate the increase, adjusting your subscription level as needed.
Downgrade Options: If your business contracts or needs change, you simply remove units or sites, and costs will decrease in line with your current use.
Automated Billing: Subscription fees are updated automatically based on your live usage metrics, so there’s no manual intervention required.
Cloud-Based Platform: Storeganise’s fully cloud-based infrastructure allows unlimited site and unit additions instantly—supporting everything from small operators with a single site to enterprise-level organizations scaling across multiple countries.
Dynamic Pricing Features: Automatic dynamic pricing lets you adjust unit rates in real-time based on occupancy and demand, helping to optimize revenue during scaling events—whether expanding or downsizing.
Storeganise’s contract terms for renewal and cancellation are structured to provide clear timelines and flexibility, with some important requirements to keep in mind:
Automatic Renewal: After the Initial Subscription Term, Storeganise contracts automatically renew for successive 3-month periods (called “Renewal Periods”) unless canceled as described below.
Annual Contract Exception: For annual plans, the agreement is a binding 12-month contract that overrides the standard terms—no refunds are issued for the annual subscription once started.
Required Notice: Either customer or Storeganise may cancel the contract by giving at least three months’ written notice, but termination only takes effect at the end of the current Initial Subscription Term or the active Renewal Period in which the notice is given. This means you must complete the current period even after giving notice.
Example: If you are in a renewal period and send notice, the agreement ends only at the close of that period (not immediately or mid-term).
Free Trial Exception: For free trials, the customer must notify Storeganise at least 7 days before the trial ends if they do not want to proceed, or charges will begin.
Immediate Termination: Either party can terminate the agreement immediately, with written notice, if the other party seriously breaches the agreement and fails to fix the issue within 15 days, or if they become insolvent. Storeganise has the right to end the contract immediately for specific breaches outlined in the agreement.
Consequences of Termination:
Storeganise can delete or dispose of customer data unless the customer requests the latest backup in writing within 10 days of termination. Recovery of data is subject to settlement of all outstanding fees, and the customer covers the reasonable expenses of data return or disposal.
No Individual Subscribers: Contracts are only with organizations, not individuals.
Advance Payment: All subscription fees must be paid upfront and in advance. Non-payment may result in immediate suspension of service and is grounds for contract termination if not remedied within 15 days.
Variation of Terms: Storeganise can amend the agreement by giving 30 days’ notice. The customer can terminate within these 30 days if they do not accept the changes.
Storeganise software complies with several leading industry and legal standards to ensure data protection, privacy, and regulatory adherence for its clients operating globally.
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Storeganise is fully compliant with GDPR, the European Union’s rigorous privacy law that governs the collection, storage, use, and transfer of personal data for individuals in the EEA. This includes supporting user rights to data access, deletion, rectification, and portability, as well as processing data only on lawful bases and with user consent where required.
PCI-DSS: All payment processing conducted through Storeganise uses third-party providers that conform to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). This ensures secure management of credit card and payment information, reducing the risk of financial data breaches.
Industry-Standard Security: Storeganise aligns with global IT security best practices, including encrypted data storage, secure transmission protocols (such as SSL/TLS), and regular security audits to maintain a high standard of platform security.
Compliance with Local Laws: The platform is designed to adapt to local compliance requirements, capable of regional customizations such as tax and privacy settings, to meet specific country regulations (for example, German DSGVO—the local implementation of GDPR).
Identity Verification Compliance: Storeganise includes robust identity verification (when using certain integrations, like IdentityCheck) to ensure compliant onboarding and record-keeping as required by regulations in various jurisdictions. These processes are encrypted and support privacy law compliance during customer onboarding.
Documented Legal Notices: The software allows for customization of legal notices and confirmation messages, ensuring that clients can remain compliant with GDPR and similar legislative requirements when communicating with users or processing bookings.
