If the customer's use of the service is terminated for any reason, they will lose and forfeit any remaining time on their account. The customer authorizes OnPage.ai to bill the provided payment source for all applicable fees. If the payment source is declined, OnPage.ai may make up to two attempts to reprocess the payment and reserves the right to disable or cancel the customer's use of the service immediately.
