Guardian Tracking

Vector Solutions' Guardian Tracking is a comprehensive performance management and early intervention software designed specifically for public safety organizations, including law enforcement, fire departments, EMS, and 911 communication centers. The platform is engineered to enhance the culture within these departments by providing consistent feedback and positive recognition, which are crucial for maintaining high performance and morale among personnel. Guardian Tracking centralizes and standardizes conduct-related documentation in a secure environment, hosted on AWS GovCloud, ensuring that all data is both accessible and protected. This centralization allows organizations to monitor behaviors, track critical incidents, and provide necessary interventions proactively. The software's early intervention capabilities are particularly noteworthy, as they help identify patterns of behavior that may require attention before they escalate into significant issues. This feature is complemented by customizable early intervention flags, which can be tailored to an agency's specific policies and needs, such as tracking use of force or weapons discharge incidents.

The platform is designed to promote a positive and motivating workplace culture by encouraging high performance through transparent feedback and recognition of exemplary conduct. By documenting a complete and accurate representation of every officer's performance, Guardian Tracking aids in performance reviews and helps minimize burnout, thereby retaining employees for longer periods. Additionally, the software supports mental wellness by monitoring cumulative exposures to traumatic events and providing timely interventions.
