GorillaDesk is a privately held technology company based in Boca Raton, Florida, specializing in cloud-based field service management software for service-focused industries such as pest control, lawn care, pool maintenance, and cleaning. The platform focuses on automating scheduling, routing, invoicing, customer communications, and field team management for small and medium-sized businesses.
GorillaDesk was founded in 2012 by Chris Moreschi, who originally built the solution out of necessity to streamline operations in his own family-run pest control business. Dissatisfaction with existing tools led to the development of GorillaDesk, which was then brought to market as a broadly applicable SaaS platform. The company has seen consistent growth, now serving over 3,000 field service businesses in 20+ countries, onboarding an estimated 25 companies weekly in recent years.
