• Access Controls: Role-based access ensures users only have the permissions necessary for their responsibilities, following strict “least privilege” and “need-to-know” principles.

• Physical Security: Customer data is stored in secure, third-party data centers that comply with international standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, and SOC 2. Dreamdata’s own offices use secure access controls and remote monitoring.

• Redundancy and Backups: Data is stored across multiple locations to ensure high availability. Regular backups and disaster recovery protocols are in place to prevent data loss.

• Compliance: Dreamdata is certified for SOC2 Type II and follows GDPR and US privacy regulations. Data is stored in EU-based data centers and only moved elsewhere if requested by the customer.

• Data Model Updates: Data from most connected sources is refreshed daily, typically during early morning hours. Business and Enterprise customers can schedule two daily data refreshes and also trigger manual updates as needed. The platform provides clear information about when data was last updated and the status of current updates.

• User Control: Paid customers have the ability to view and manage the data refresh schedule, ensuring that analytics and reports are always based on the latest available information.

Data Ownership:
Dreamdata maintains a clear stance that all data collected and processed through its platform belongs to the customer. Dreamdata acts only as a data processor and never as a data owner or seller. This means your organization retains full control and ownership of your data at all times. If you decide to end your relationship with Dreamdata, your data is deleted from their systems, and you lose access to the platform, ensuring that your information is not retained or used after contract termination.

Data Portability:
Dreamdata supports the export of your data in machine-readable formats, making it easy to move your information to other platforms or storage solutions. You can export your data to destinations such as BigQuery, AWS S3, or Google Cloud Storage. If you request it, Dreamdata will permanently delete your data from active databases and, according to their retention policy, from backups as well.

Dreamdata’s subscription plans are designed to be flexible and adapt to your organization’s changing needs:

• Scaling Up: If your business grows or you require more features, higher data volumes, or enhanced support, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan (such as moving from Team to Business or Enterprise).

• Scaling Down: If your needs decrease, you can switch to a lower-tier plan with fewer features or lower data limits.

• Transition Process: Changes in your subscription usually take effect at the end of your current billing period. It’s recommended to coordinate with Dreamdata’s support or customer success team to ensure a smooth transition.

• No Penalties: There are no penalties or hidden fees for changing your plan. Any adjustments in features, support, or data limits will correspond to the terms and pricing of your new plan.

Contract Renewal:

• Dreamdata contracts are set for an initial service term as specified in your order form.

• After the initial term, the contract automatically renews for additional periods of the same duration as the original term.

• Either party (you or Dreamdata) can prevent renewal by providing written notice of termination at least thirty (30) days before the end of the current term.

• Dreamdata reserves the right to change fees or introduce new charges at the end of a term, with notice provided before renewal.

Contract Cancellation:

• Either party may terminate the agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice if the other party materially breaches the contract terms.

• In cases of nonpayment, Dreamdata may terminate services without notice.

• Upon termination, you are responsible for payment up to and including the last day services are provided.

• After termination, Dreamdata will make all customer data available for electronic retrieval for thirty (30) days. After this period, Dreamdata may delete stored customer data.

• Sections of the agreement that should survive termination (such as confidentiality, payment obligations, and liability limitations) will remain in effect.

• Customers must use the services in compliance with Dreamdata’s published policies and all applicable laws.

Dreamdata demonstrates a strong commitment to security and compliance. The platform meets several key industry standards:

• SOC 2 Type II Certification: Dreamdata is SOC 2 Type II certified, which means its security controls, policies, and procedures have been independently audited and verified over time, ensuring robust protection of customer data.

• GDPR Compliance: Dreamdata fully complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Customer data is stored in EU-based data centers and is only transferred to other regions at the customer’s request.
• US Privacy Compliance: The platform adheres to relevant US privacy regulations.

• ISO 27001, SOC 1 Type II, and SOC 2 Data Center Certification: Dreamdata uses third-party data centers that maintain these certifications, ensuring high standards for physical and operational security.
