Blaze AI typical implementation process:
Sign up and account creation: Go to blaze.ai, click “Get started for free,” create an account, and log into the dashboard; onboarding is guided and designed to work even for non‑technical users.
Connect your brand and inputs: Drop in your website URL and set up your Brand Kit so Blaze can analyze your existing content and learn your brand voice, style, and visual identity before generating anything.
Choose a goal and initial use case: Tell Blaze what you want—e.g., blog posts, Instagram content, email campaigns, or a full marketing plan—and pick a template or use its AI marketing plan generator to structure your first project.
Generate and refine first content/workflow: Use Blaze’s AI to create your first batch of posts, emails, or a workflow; test outputs, refine prompts, and adjust settings like tone and frequency until they match your strategy.
Blaze AI is highly customizable at the brand, content, and workflow levels, so it can be tailored closely to specific business needs rather than acting like a generic writer.
Brand voice and terminology: You can upload your own blog posts, emails, social captions, and web copy so Blaze learns your brand voice (tone, sentence patterns, vocabulary). It supports banned phrase lists and preferred terminology at the workspace level, helping enforce consistent language across all content and preventing off‑brand wording. Brand Voice settings are editable, so you can add/remove characteristics and fine‑tune how the AI sounds for different audiences or campaigns.
Brand kit and visual identity: Blaze lets you create a Brand Kit with logo, colors, fonts, and style attributes, which it then uses across written and visual assets. Blaze Designer allows detailed control over layouts, colors, borders, shadows, and text formatting, and you can upload your own images and videos to build fully on‑brand creatives. Connecting to Instagram or Facebook enables Blaze to analyze your existing feed and automatically build a cohesive visual identity that matches your current brand look.
Channel- and use‑case–specific tuning: You can set different tones and structures per format (e.g., LinkedIn vs. TikTok, sales email vs. newsletter) so Blaze adapts its output to each channel while staying on‑brand. Templates and projects can be built from scratch around specific goals—product launches, nurture sequences, course content—making Blaze behave like a custom playbook for your business rather than a one‑size‑fits‑all generator.
Custom workflows and automations: Blaze includes an automation layer where you can design bespoke workflows with triggers and actions (e.g., new row in Google Sheets → generate posts → send to Slack or schedule on socials). Using the drag‑and‑drop builder, you can define business‑specific logic, such as approval steps, different output types per segment, and integrations with tools like Slack, Zapier, and Google Sheets. This makes it possible to encode internal processes—like weekly content sprints or lead‑follow‑up sequences—directly into Blaze.
Personalization and segmentation: Blaze supports AI‑driven email personalization where content blocks, recommendations, and CTAs can change based on attributes like job title, industry, or behavior. It can automate A/B testing of subject lines and body variants, then automatically promote the best‑performing version, effectively adapting campaigns to your audience over time.
Multibrand and agency scenarios: Workspaces, brand kits, and voice profiles can be separated per client or business unit, letting agencies and multi‑brand organizations keep strict boundaries between brands while sharing automation infrastructure. Each workspace can maintain its own banned terms, templates, and workflows, so Blaze behaves differently for each brand according to its rules.
Blaze AI offers a mix of guided onboarding, self‑serve resources, community, and direct human support designed to get new users productive quickly.
New users start with an in‑app onboarding flow and a “Getting Started with Blaze” guide that walks through connecting a website, auto‑creating a Brand Kit, and understanding the main dashboard elements. The interface includes helpful cards, a setup checklist, a visible credit balance, and a support bubble that links to YouTube tutorials, the Help Center, community, and the support team so you can learn as you work.
The Help Center provides step‑by‑step articles on creating and personalizing content, organizing assets, publishing from Blaze, and integrating with blogs, email platforms, and social networks. Blaze also maintains use‑case content like “Learn how to use AI” that teaches practical AI workflows, optimization, and experimentation directly inside the product context.
For live support, Blaze offers in‑app chat, email support via [email protected], and optional live onboarding sessions where the team walks you through the platform and helps ship your first pieces of content. They also run regular webinars, product demos, and feature‑update sessions so users can ask questions, see new capabilities in action, and continuously improve their setups.
Blaze maintains an active community space where users can ask questions, share workflows, access tutorials and templates, and join events like “Blaze 101” webinars, “Fix It in Blaze Fridays,” and monthly content‑creation challenges. This peer‑to‑peer layer sits alongside official support, giving new users multiple paths—docs, videos, community, and live help—to get up to speed and stay supported as they scale usage.
Blaze AI publishes a modern SaaS‑style security posture focused on protecting personal and marketing data with layered technical and organizational controls.
Blaze AI’s privacy policy states that the company maintains “appropriate technical and organizational safeguards” to secure personal information, including procedures to detect, respond to, and remediate any personal‑data breach. They explicitly commit to complying with applicable privacy and data‑protection laws, and to using personal information only for defined purposes such as service delivery, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. The policy notes that Blaze uses different legal bases for processing (legitimate interests, consent, contract, and compliance with law) and audits internal processes for adherence to these obligations, which implies structured governance around how data flows through the platform.
From a security‑control standpoint, Blaze indicates that it runs the service in secure environments and has procedures in place to manage and contain breaches of personal information. While the public policy does not list every control (e.g., cipher suites, key management), it emphasizes that Blaze may use data to prevent, identify, investigate, and deter fraudulent or harmful activity, including cyberattacks and identity theft. That implies continuous monitoring, logging, and risk‑based defenses designed to flag suspicious behavior and enforce platform terms (such as abuse of APIs or attempts to bypass safeguards).
Payment security is handled through third‑party processors rather than Blaze storing card data directly. Their broader ecosystem references PCI‑DSS–compliant vendors that encrypt, process, and store card information for transactions, keeping payment data outside Blaze’s own infrastructure. This is a standard best practice because it reduces the platform’s exposure to financial data and centralizes sensitive payment handling with specialized providers. For users, it means your main risk surface is marketing and account data, not stored card numbers.
The policy also covers incident‑response and breach handling. Blaze notes that it has put in place procedures to deal with breaches of personal information and will act in line with legal requirements if a breach occurs. Combined with commitments to comply with lawful requests and protect the rights, privacy, and safety of users and others, this shows that Blaze treats security incidents within a formal legal and compliance framework rather than on an ad‑hoc basis.
Finally, Blaze’s documentation stresses “compliance and protection” as a core use of data: they may use personal information to audit internal processes, enforce their terms, prevent unauthorized or illegal activity, and comply with regulatory obligations. While they do not publicly advertise specific certifications like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 on the main site, the combination of legal‑basis mapping, breach procedures, fraud‑prevention measures, and externalized payment security indicates a structured, policy‑driven approach to data protection appropriate for a marketing SaaS platform.
Blaze AI follows a continuous‑delivery, cloud‑SaaS model: updates roll out centrally on their side and simply appear in your workspace, with no installs or patches required.
Continuous feature and model updates: Blaze regularly ships new features, templates, and AI improvements, announced via “What’s New in Blaze” videos, blog updates, and product tutorials rather than formal version downloads. Because it’s fully web‑based (and complemented by mobile and Chrome apps), every user automatically runs the latest version when they log in.
Weekly operational cycle vs. software release schedule: While Blaze doesn’t publish a fixed cadence like “monthly releases,” its Autopilot experience is organized around weekly content batches (e.g., fresh content every week, Monday content drops), which is how users feel the platform evolving. Behind the scenes, Blaze also adjusts limits and quality controls over time (for example, weekly content‑generation limits that “may increase in future updates”), reflecting incremental backend updates without user action.
Managed entirely by Blaze (no customer maintenance): All infrastructure, scaling, and performance tuning are handled by Blaze; customers never schedule maintenance windows or apply patches. When they introduce new capabilities—such as updated Autopilot behavior, new designers, or workflow tweaks—these are enabled per‑tenant in the cloud, sometimes gated by plan, but always managed by Blaze’s dev and ops teams.
Blaze AI treats what you put into the system and what it generates for you as your data, and it provides standard rights to access and move that data out of the platform.
Blaze’s main Terms of Service define “Customer Data” as the content and information you provide or that is generated for you in the service. Its separate AI Terms make this very explicit: anything you send into the AI (“Input”) and anything the AI returns to you (“Output”) are classified as your Customer Data, provided you use the service in line with the agreement. You are solely responsible for the development, content, and use of this Customer Data, which effectively means Blaze does not claim ownership over your marketing copy, prompts, or AI‑generated outputs.
From a privacy and rights perspective, Blaze’s privacy policy states that users—especially those in jurisdictions like the EU/EEA—have data‑subject rights, including data portability. Portability is defined as the right to receive a machine‑readable copy of your personal information and, where technically feasible, have it transmitted to another controller of your choice. In practice, this means you can request export of the personal data Blaze holds about you; combined with product features (downloading content, copying campaigns, etc.), this gives you realistic portability for both your account data and the content you’ve created.
Blaze also sets out clear retention and deletion behavior. The privacy policy explains that personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet legal, accounting, or fraud‑prevention requirements. Factors like the amount and sensitivity of the data and legal obligations determine the exact retention period, but once those purposes are met, Blaze commits to deleting or anonymizing the data. Users have rights to access, rectify, restrict processing, object, erase, and port their personal data, and Blaze provides contact routes (e.g., via support or designated privacy contacts) to exercise those rights.
Blaze AI uses standard SaaS, auto‑renewing subscriptions with no refunds on elapsed periods; you can cancel any time, but you must do it before the next renewal date to avoid another charge.
Auto‑renewal of subscriptions: When you buy Blaze for a fixed term (monthly or annual), that Initial Term automatically renews for the same duration at Blaze’s then‑current price unless you decline renewal in time. Renewal frequency (month vs. year) is chosen at signup and can be changed later in your account settings, but if you do nothing, billing continues automatically.
Billing timing and upgrades/downgrades: Subscription fees are billed at the start of each term and then at regular intervals according to the billing cycle you selected. If you upgrade mid‑term (e.g., move from Starter to Growth or add capacity), the upgrade takes effect immediately, and incremental fees are charged right away; in future renewal terms, your fees reflect the higher plan. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next renewal term, and Blaze warns that downgrading may cause loss of content, features, or capacity, for which they accept no liability.
Free trial to paid conversion: Blaze offers free trials and promotional access for a limited time; if you don’t cancel before the trial ends, your access automatically converts into a paid subscription at the then‑current subscription fee. You are then billed as described under the standard subscription terms, so cancellations must be made before the subscription service commencement date to avoid initial charges.
How cancellation works and when it takes effect: You can cancel at any time from the workspace billing/subscription area by going to Workspace Menu → Your Billing → Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date, after which the workspace is deactivated and auto‑renewal stops. External guides confirm that most cancellations are processed immediately in the system but may take up to 24 hours to fully take effect; in all cases, you won’t be billed for the next cycle once cancellation is completed.
Impact on data and scheduled content: When your workspace is deactivated after cancellation, associated files, users, and scheduled posts are deleted as described in Blaze’s policy, and posts scheduled beyond the end date will not go live. Best practice is to export or back up important content and data before cancelling so you don’t lose assets tied to that workspace.
