ZentrumHub
By ZentrumHub
ZentrumHub typical implementation process:
Demo & Requirements Gathering: The process starts with a live demo to showcase ZentrumHub's platform and capabilities. The client and ZentrumHub team discuss feature needs, integration options (API or white-label), and specific project requirements.
Scope Definition & Contract Signing: Both parties define the full scope, desired integrations, branding, and customizations. The agreement is formalized with a contract, clarifying all deliverables and timelines.
Onboarding & Initial Setup: ZentrumHub provides onboarding support, helping with technical setup, documentation access, and guidance for API or white-label projects. A dedicated support team assists throughout the process.
Step 4A: API Integration (For API Customers)
The partner receives a comprehensive API overview along with documentation.
The client’s development team integrates ZentrumHub’s API into their systems.
Regular checkpoints and support calls ensure a smooth setup; ZentrumHub assists with any integration challenges.
Following integration, ZentrumHub conducts certification/testing to verify functional, security, and reliability standards before production launch.
Upon certification, live credentials are provided, and the system transitions from sandbox to live mode.
Step 4B: White-Label Implementation (For White-Label Customers)
ZentrumHub works closely with the client to gather branding and functional requirements.
The booking engine is customized—appearance, workflows, and integrations are configured to align with the client's brand.
After internal and client-side verification/testing, the solution is prepared for go-live.
Go Live: For both integration types, ZentrumHub assists with the final production deployment. The client’s system or white-label solution is moved live, and the end users can access the platform for hotel distribution, bookings, and management.

ZentrumHub implements a set of data security measures and protocols to safeguard sensitive information across its hotel booking platform:
Cloud-Native Architecture: ZentrumHub is built as a cloud-native platform, leveraging robust infrastructure for high availability (>99.9% uptime), data redundancy, and continuous system monitoring.
Data Encryption: Sensitive data exchanged between clients, suppliers, and agents is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (e.g., HTTPS). Encryption at rest protects information stored within databases, reducing the risk of exposure from unauthorized access.
Strict Access Controls: Role-based access management restricts sensitive data exposure to authorized users only. Admin controls allow granular permission settings for staff, agents, and third-party partners.
Supplier and API Security: ZentrumHub uses secure, token-based API access, comprehensive authentication, and audit logging to prevent unauthorized integration and data manipulation. Supplier connectivity is managed with contractual and technical controls, minimizing vulnerabilities from third-party sources.
User Authentication: Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and secure password policies are encouraged to enhance user account protection.
Firewall Protection and Intrusion Detection: The platform employs firewall defenses and intrusion detection systems to prevent, monitor, and respond to suspicious activity and external threats.
Continuous Monitoring: Real-time system analytics and automated monitoring tools proactively detect anomalous behaviors, system issues, or attempted breaches, ensuring rapid remediation.
Regular Software Updates and Patches: ZentrumHub maintains a practice of frequent updates and security patch deployments, reducing exposure to evolving vulnerabilities.
GDPR and Privacy Compliance: As a global SaaS provider, ZentrumHub adheres to GDPR requirements and similar data privacy regulations. Personal and business data is processed lawfully, with strict controls over data export, retention, and deletion according to legal mandates and client requests.
Confidentiality Agreements: Employees, including those in operations and engineering, are bound by confidentiality contracts and participate in recurring security and privacy awareness training.
Secure Integrations: All third-party integrations (e.g., payment gateways, GDSs, channel managers) are vetted for security and subject to technical requirements that align with ZentrumHub’s privacy standards.
The update management process includes:
Automatic, Cloud-Based Deployment: All users access the latest version immediately upon release, minimizing disruption and ensuring the booking engine remains current, secure, and high-performing.
Continuous Feedback Loop: ZentrumHub prioritizes building features and improvements based on client feedback, evolving industry standards, and changes in supplier technology or regulatory requirements.
Transparent Communication: Clients are kept informed of new features, updates, and platform improvements through product announcements, release notes, and support documentation. For significant changes, the support team provides direct updates and, when needed, training materials or webinars.
Rigorous Testing: Before any feature or fix is rolled out, ZentrumHub conducts thorough internal testing to maintain stability, compatibility, and security, supporting the platform’s reputation for reliable service and high availability.
ZentrumHub’s policy on data ownership and portability is designed to provide clients significant control over their data while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR:
Data Ownership: Clients (such as OTAs, travel agencies, DMCs, and wholesalers) retain full ownership of their own data within the ZentrumHub platform. All booking records, supplier information, user profiles, operational metrics, and custom configurations are controlled by the client organization and are not used by ZentrumHub for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services and necessary platform functions.
User and Client Rights: Clients can access, review, and manage their data, including booking records, customer lists, inventory configurations, and analytics, through their secure admin dashboards. Data access is role-based—administrators can specify what information is shared or accessible by each internal or partner user.
Portability: ZentrumHub supports data portability as part of its enterprise SaaS model and GDPR compliance. Clients can request data exports in commonly used, structured formats—such as CSV, JSON, or XML—to enable migration to other platforms, conduct in-depth audits, or integrate with separate in-house systems. These export functions are typically requested through the platform interface or via the support team.
Data Retention and Deletion: Upon contract conclusion or service cancellation, ZentrumHub offers data export assistance and allows clients to retrieve their records within a specified grace period. Once agreed-upon data transfers are completed, client data is securely deleted from active systems in alignment with privacy best practices and contractual requirements.
Confidentiality: All client data is held in strict confidence and is never shared with third parties except as necessary for the delivery of the contracted services, integration with expressly authorized suppliers, or as required by law. Employees and subcontractors are bound by confidentiality agreements.
ZentrumHub is designed to offer flexible, business-friendly terms for scaling up or down as organizational requirements evolve. Here are the key aspects of its scaling policy:
Modular, API-Driven Architecture: The platform’s modular design allows businesses to add or remove supplier connections, enable or disable features, and customize workflows as their scale or scope changes, without technical disruption.
Flexible User and Partner Licensing: OTAs, agencies, and wholesalers can onboard or deactivate agents, sub-agents, and business partners instantly using admin controls. There are no fixed limits—client organizations can scale up by adding more agents or B2B/B2C channels, or scale down by reducing active users or deactivating collaborations as needed.
Pay-As-You-Go and Usage-Based Pricing: ZentrumHub’s pricing is typically usage-based, meaning costs reflect the number of active integrations, agents, or transaction volumes. This ensures clients pay only for what they use, supporting both growth surges and operational contractions without long-term commitment or penalties.
No Long-Term Lock-In: The SaaS contracts offered by ZentrumHub do not generally require long-term commitment. Organizations can upgrade plans, add modules, or reduce scope at any time, with billing adjusted in the next cycle.
Real-Time Configuration: Administrative tools in the platform allow instant configuration changes—including supplier additions, rate/markup rule changes, permission adjustments, and workflow modifications—making rapid scaling or streamlining operationally seamless.
Support for Global or Multi-Market Scale: ZentrumHub accommodates organizations expanding into new regions by enabling new currencies, languages, suppliers, or brands within the same deployment. Scaling down in certain regions or business lines is just as efficient via deactivation.
No Setup or Downgrade Fees: There are generally no additional setup, onboarding, or downgrade fees for changing scale—costs only reflect active platform usage and partner count.
Cloud-Native Infrastructure: The platform’s cloud foundation ensures that organizations can scale resources quickly and without hardware constraints, handling large surges in traffic or new integrations on demand.
Terms and conditions for contract renewal and cancellation for ZentrumHub software:
Automatic Renewal: ZentrumHub subscriptions automatically renew for a period equal to the original subscription term or for one year (whichever is longer), unless you provide written non-renewal notice at least 15 days before the renewal date.
Order Form Controls: Subscription specifics—including duration, features, and billing cycles—are defined in an Order Form. If you add features or services during the term, these will renew on the same timeline as the main subscription unless otherwise specified.
No Pause Option: Subscriptions are continuous and cannot be paused. If you wish to stop using the service, you must formally cancel with appropriate notice.
No Early Termination Without Cause: You cannot cancel the contract for convenience before the end of the committed period. If you stop using the service early, ZentrumHub is not obligated to refund any fees, and you remain liable for all service fees until the end of the term.
Termination for Cause: Either party can terminate with 30 days’ written notice if the other breaches the agreement and does not cure within that period. Immediate termination is possible if the other party becomes insolvent or bankrupt, and this is not remedied within 6 months.
Suspension and Termination for Non-Payment or Breach: ZentrumHub may suspend service (with 15 days’ notice) for unpaid invoices, unauthorized access, or breach of use or law. If breaches are not corrected within another 15 days after suspension, ZentrumHub may terminate service.
No Refunds Except in Case of Center's Breach: There are no pro-rata refunds, except if ZentrumHub is terminated due to its material breach, in which case a pro-rata (unexpired portion) refund is issued.
Data Portability and Deletion: For 30 days after expiration or termination, you may export your data or request an extension (potentially for an additional fee). After this period, all your data will be permanently deleted.
ZentrumHub software aligns with major international compliance standards and best practices for data privacy and security commonly expected in the travel technology industry. Here are the key compliance highlights:
GDPR Compliance: ZentrumHub explicitly observes the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). User data is processed lawfully and transparently, and clients retain rights to access, correct, export, or delete their data. Consent mechanisms are embedded throughout the platform, and ZentrumHub’s privacy policy is regularly updated to match evolving legal requirements.
CCPA and Data Protection Laws: In addition to GDPR, ZentrumHub follows best practices aligned with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar regulations, ensuring compliance for US and other international customers. Their internal privacy and security policies are developed to meet regional legal mandates for personal data handling.
Technical Safeguards: ZentrumHub employs industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest, secure authentication, rate limiting, and role-based access management. They work with third-party auditors for regular penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, and follow best practices for anonymizing or deleting data on request.
Supplier and Hotel API Certification: ZentrumHub conducts regular compliance validation and maintains “supplier API certification” across 100+ global partners. Their unified API platform helps clients meet technical and contractual obligations for data integrity, security, and transaction reliability with major hotel suppliers.
Confidentiality and Organizational Controls: The company enforces strict confidentiality on all customer data, bound by confidentiality agreements, with granular controls for who can access sensitive information within client organizations and ZentrumHub’s team.
