Ease of Setup: Reviewers consistently highlight how fast it is to get started. Many report going from installation to a live, functional workflow (like a PTO approval or IT request) in less than an hour.
Transparency & Tracking: Teams value the "web dashboard" that provides visibility into all active requests. It eliminates the "black hole" of DM-based requests, as both the requester and the agent can see exactly who is currently assigned to a task and where it stands.
Conversational Ticketing: Users appreciate the AI-powered features that can turn a simple Slack message into a structured ticket automatically. This makes the transition from casual chat to formal process feel seamless.
Responsive Support: Numerous reviews mention the Wrangle team by name, praising them for being highly responsive to feature requests and providing "best-in-class" technical assistance.
Limited Customization in Slack: Some users find the Slack-native interface restrictive. For example, reviewers have noted they cannot easily edit a description or a due date directly within the Slack thread once a workflow has started, often requiring them to go to the web app.
Non-Native Feeling for Some: While many love the Slack integration, a few technical reviewers mention it can feel like a "trade-off" compared to a monolithic system (like Jira), particularly if a company's entire tech stack is not already integrated into Slack.
Redirects for Attachments: Some users find it frustrating that clicking an attachment in Slack sometimes redirects them to the Wrangle web app rather than opening a preview or pop-up directly within Slack.
