WeProov data ownership and portability:
Data Ownership: The data collected through the WeProov app is owned by the Data Controller, which could be the employer, fleet manager, or another entity that has mandated the use of the app. WeProov acts as the Data Processor, handling the data on behalf of the Data Controller.
Data Portability: Users have the right to data portability, which allows them to transfer their personal data from one service to another. This is facilitated through secure and standardized data formats, ensuring that users can easily move their data as needed.
WeProov scalability:
Customization and Integration: WeProov can be customized to fit specific business needs, including personalized inspection reports, tailored workflows, and specific data requirements. This flexibility allows businesses to scale the solution according to their operational demands.
Support for Scaling: WeProov provides ongoing support and maintenance, which includes assistance with scaling the solution. This support ensures that the software can handle increased usage or be adjusted for reduced demand without compromising performance.
WeProov terms and conditions:
Contract Renewal:
Automatic Renewal: For clients subscribing to a plan with a fixed-term commitment, the contract is automatically renewed for the same term unless the client gives notice of termination within one month before the end of the current period. This notice can be given by simple email or any other written notice.
Early Termination: The client is free to terminate the contract at any time during the renewal period by simple email or any other written notice.
Unused Credits: Unused WeProov Reports or credits during an expired contract period are definitively lost and cannot be refunded.
Contract Cancellation:
Notice Period: The client must give notice of termination within one month before the end of the current period to avoid automatic renewal.
Early Termination Conditions: Early termination of the agreement before its expiry date is possible if it is due to a breach by the Service Provider or due to Force Majeure.
Non-Payment Penalties: In the event of delayed payment, a penalty equal to three times the minimum legal interest rate may be applied, along with a flat-rate recovery fee of €40.
WeProov adheres to the following compliance standards:
GDPR Compliance: WeProov complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring the protection of personal data. This includes transparency in data processing, lawfulness of processing, and respecting data subjects' rights such as access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object.
CNIL Guidelines: WeProov follows the guidelines provided by the French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty (CNIL) for data protection and privacy.
Data Security Measures: WeProov implements several technical and organizational measures to ensure data security, including:
