The typical implementation process for Uniqode software involves the following steps:
Integration with Existing Systems: Uniqode allows integration with asset management systems through its API, making it compatible with tools like Zoho Inventory, inFlow, or QuickBooks. If no asset management system is in place, users can start with basic solutions like Google Sheets and scale up later.
Creating QR Code Asset Tags:
Bulk Creation: Users can generate multiple QR codes at once using a CSV or XLSX template. This is suitable for tracking numerous assets and involves entering the required data into the provided template.
One-off Creation: For individual QR code creation, users can customize each QR code as needed.
Customization and Design: The platform offers customization of QR code design to reflect branding or specific requirements.
Deployment and Usage: Once QR codes are created and customized, they are ready for deployment. They can be used for efficient asset tracking by attaching them to physical assets and scanning them for information.
The process can be completed quickly, especially with bulk QR code creation, which can take just a few minutes depending on the size of the batch.
Custom QR code design: Users can customize colors, patterns, shapes, logos, and backgrounds of QR codes to match brand identity.
Dynamic QR codes: Allows real-time updating of content behind QR codes without changing the code itself.
Templates: Users can create and apply custom templates for consistent QR code designs.
Logo integration: Ability to add company logos to QR codes for brand recognition.
Customizable eyes and patterns: The corner squares and internal patterns of QR codes can be customized.
Frame styles and CTAs: Options to add call-to-action text and custom frames around QR codes.
Multiple QR code types: Offers various QR code formats for different purposes (e.g. website links, digital business cards, etc.)
Integration capabilities: Can integrate with other marketing tools and platforms.
Analytics dashboard: Provides customizable insights on QR code performance.
Bulk generation: Allows creation of multiple custom QR codes at once.
Enterprise-level features: Offers role-based access control and sub-accounts for larger organizations.
White-labeling options: For businesses that want to rebrand the platform.
API access: Enables custom integrations with existing systems.
Documentation: Uniqode provides documentation to help users learn how to use the platform.
