Mapping Business Processes: Before implementation, it is crucial to map out the firm's entire business process, including how information flows through the firm and identifying where the new CRM system will integrate and potentially replace other systems.
Customization and Setup: Customization is a significant part of the implementation process. Unanet CRM can be customized to fit specific business needs, including custom reporting, dashboards, and integration with other systems.
Phased Rollout: The implementation is often done in manageable, defined phases to ensure user adoption and address issues as they arise.
Training and User Buy-In: Comprehensive training is provided to ensure that users are comfortable with the new system. Internal champions are identified to promote adoption within the organization.
The duration of the implementation process can vary depending on the complexity of the business processes and the level of customization required. However, it is generally recommended to approach the implementation in phases to ensure thoroughness and accuracy.
Unanet CRM releases updates regularly to improve functionality and security. These updates are managed through a structured process to ensure minimal disruption to users:
Contract Renewal
Automatic Renewal: The agreement will automatically renew for successive renewal terms equal in duration to the initial term at Unanet’s then-current fees unless either party provides notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the current term ends.
Price Increases: Unanet reserves the right to increase subscription fees on an annual basis after the initial term, with notice provided to the customer at least 90 days prior to the end of the current annual period during the renewal term.
Modification of Terms: Unanet may modify the terms and conditions to reflect changes in laws, technology, or industry practices. Customers are given a 30-day review period to accept or reject the modified terms. Continued use of the service after the review period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Contract Cancellation
Voluntary Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement for any reason by providing written notice 60 days prior to the end of the current term. The termination will be effective at the end of the current term, and no refund will be provided for annual prepaid subscription fees.
Termination for Cause: Unanet may terminate or suspend the customer’s account if there is a material breach of the agreement, such as non-payment or unauthorized use of the service. The customer has 30 days to cure the breach after receiving notice.
Unanet CRM meets several compliance standards to ensure data protection and regulatory adherence:
