Thrive Training

Thrive Training follows a three-phased approach to implementation, designed to be efficient, personalized, and results-driven:

1. Initial Consultation

• Begins with a discovery meeting to understand the organization’s goals, challenges, and team dynamics.

• Thrive emphasizes that this phase does not require months of discovery—they use ready-to-go programs that are customized quickly to fit the client’s needs.

2. Customization & Planning

• Thrive adapts its existing training modules to align with the client’s culture, leadership style, and development goals.
• Programs are built around the THRIVE Framework™, which ensures scalability and sustainability.

• This phase includes selecting delivery formats: in-person, virtual, or on-site.

3. Delivery & Coaching

• Training is delivered through interactive workshops, 1:1 coaching, and team sessions.
• For example, the Executive Edge: 12 Weeks to Executive Presence program includes weekly 60-minute coaching sessions.

• Coaches use tools like the Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) to assess and guide participants.

4. Follow-Up & Sustainability

• Thrive aims to create self-sustaining internal programs that continue to deliver value after the initial engagement.

• They provide ongoing support and may offer follow-up coaching or assessments to reinforce learning.

Typical Timeline

• Initial setup and customization: Can begin immediately after consultation, with no lengthy discovery phase.
• Program duration: Varies by offering. For example:
  • Executive Edge: 12 weeks of weekly coaching.
  • Workshops: Typically 1–2 days, with optional follow-up sessions.
• Full implementation: Depending on scope, can range from a few weeks to several months, but Thrive emphasizes rapid deployment of customized solutions.
