RapidSpike

RapidSpike typical implementation process:
Initial account setup and onboarding wizard in the RapidSpike app, where you add your website(s) and basic details; this typically takes a few minutes.
Configure core uptime monitors by adding key pages (homepage, product, checkout), which automatically create uptime checks and basic alerting; this can usually be done in under an hour for a standard site.
Implement Real User Monitoring and security scripts (including Magecart detection) by adding a JavaScript snippet to your site or tag manager; deployment is advertised as taking around five minutes once access is available.
Design and script synthetic user journeys for critical flows such as login, add‑to‑basket , and checkout, then tune their frequency, regions, and thresholds; simple journeys can be created in a few hours, while more complex, multi‑step flows may take a few days to iterate and stabilize.
RapidSpike is highly configurable and can be tailored to specific business and e-commerce needs across monitoring, security, dashboards, access, and integrations.
RapidSpike provides a mix of self-service resources, structured learning, and direct human support to onboard new users effectively.
RapidSpike’s core security measures focus on protecting eCommerce customer data—especially payment and form data—by detecting threats quickly and helping merchants meet PCI DSS 4.0 and privacy expectations.
RapidSpike keeps ownership of the platform and aggregated monitoring data, while giving customers contractual control over their own sites’ factual data and the ability to have their data deleted or returned on request.
The Terms & Conditions state that all intellectual property in the RapidSpike platform, embedded software, and the data and information contained in it (excluding “individual factual data gathered from the Client’s IP addresses”) is owned by RapidSpike and its licensors.
That exclusion means the raw factual data about your own infrastructure (for example, measurements taken from your IPs) is not claimed as RapidSpike IP, and the contract gives you a licence to use vulnerability test results and reports internally for your business purposes.
RapidSpike undertakes to treat all client data it accesses when providing services as confidential, to use it only for performing the agreement, and to return or delete it when the client requires.
While the terms do not use the phrase “data portability,” they explicitly say RapidSpike will “return or delete” data when required by the client, which functions as a contractual hook to retrieve or remove your data when you leave the service.
RapidSpike uses automatically renewing subscription contracts, typically on an annual billing cycle, with a one‑month notice requirement to cancel before renewal and a defined one‑month cancellation period once you give notice.
RapidSpike’s own platform is built to help merchants meet payment and privacy requirements rather than to act as a fully certified security control framework itself. The clearest, explicitly stated compliance anchors are PCI DSS 4.0 support and GDPR alignment.
