Quickly Restaurant Software typically releases updates quarterly. These updates include new features, security patches, and performance improvements. The updates are managed through an automated system that ensures minimal disruption to the restaurant’s operations. Users are notified in advance about upcoming updates, and the system allows for scheduling updates during off-peak hours to avoid any impact on daily activities.

Quickly Restaurant Software’s policy on data ownership ensures that the restaurant retains full ownership of its data. This means that all data generated and stored within the system belongs to the restaurant. In terms of data portability, the software provides tools to easily export data in various formats, allowing restaurants to transfer their data to other systems if needed. This ensures that restaurants have control over their data and can move it as required.

Quickly Restaurant Software is designed to be highly scalable, accommodating the needs of both small eateries and large restaurant chains. The terms for scaling up or down are flexible:

• Scaling Up: As your restaurant grows, you can add more features, users, and integrations to the system. The software supports multi-location management, making it easy to expand operations.
• Scaling Down: If you need to reduce operations, you can scale down by removing features or reducing the number of users. The subscription model allows for adjustments in pricing based on the level of usage.

These flexible terms ensure that the software can adapt to the changing needs of your restaurant, providing a cost-effective solution regardless of the size of your operations.

1. Contract Renewal:
   • Automatic Renewal: Contracts typically include an automatic renewal clause unless notice is given to terminate the agreement. This ensures continuity of service without interruption.
   • Notice Period: To avoid automatic renewal, a notice period is required. This period can vary but is often around 30 to 60 days before the contract’s expiration.
   • Renegotiation: Before renewal, there is an opportunity to renegotiate terms based on the restaurant’s current needs and usage.
2. Contract Cancellation:
   • Early Termination: If a restaurant needs to cancel the contract before its expiration, there may be early termination fees. These fees are typically outlined in the contract and can vary depending on the remaining contract term.
   • Notice Requirement: Similar to renewal, a notice period is required for cancellation. This ensures that both parties have adequate time to prepare for the termination of services.
   • Data Portability: Upon cancellation, the restaurant retains ownership of its data and can export it to another system. This ensures that the restaurant’s data remains accessible and portable.

Quickly Restaurant Software meets several key compliance standards to ensure data security and regulatory adherence:

1. GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): Ensures that the personal data of EU citizens is protected and that the software complies with data privacy regulations.
2. PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard): Ensures secure handling of credit card information to prevent fraud and data breaches.
3. HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act): Although primarily for healthcare, some restaurants that handle health-related data (e.g., dietary preferences) may benefit from HIPAA compliance.
4. FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India): Ensures that the software helps restaurants comply with food safety regulations, particularly in India.
5. Local Health and Safety Regulations: The software is designed to help restaurants comply with various local health and safety regulations, ensuring that they meet all necessary standards.
