The typical implementation process for Penta Financial Management software involves several key steps designed to ensure a smooth and successful transition. Here's a step-by-step overview:
Kickoff: The process begins with a kickoff meeting where the core teams from both Penta and the client are introduced. The project timeline, milestones, and responsibilities are outlined to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Configuration Workshops: Hands-on workshops are conducted to guide the client's core team through setting up information, processing transactions, and accessing data within the Penta system.
Model Company: The client has the opportunity to run their processes in a Penta test environment to ensure everything works seamlessly before going live.
End-User Training: Comprehensive training is provided to the core team, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to train end-users on the platform. Penta's team can also assist with end-user training if requested.
Go-Live: The system goes live, and Penta's team provides support and guidance during the transition to ensure a smooth implementation.
Transition to Support: After going live, Penta's dedicated support team is available to answer questions and address any issues that may arise.
