NC-Vision operates on a subscription-based SaaS licensing model, with contract terms and renewal/cancellation conditions designed to provide both flexibility and business continuity for enterprise customers. Subscriptions are typically structured with annual or multi-year terms, and most contracts will feature automatic renewal unless the customer gives formal written notice of intent not to renew. This notice is usually required 30–90 days before the end of the current contract period to prevent automatic renewal for an additional term.
At the end of a contract period, customers may cancel their subscription without penalty, and there is support for exporting all relevant customer data to ensure business continuity and eliminate vendor lock-in. Early termination of a contract (before the committed subscription period ends) may require customers to pay the outstanding balance of the current term as agreed in the service order, which is a standard provision for enterprise SaaS models. Setup, onboarding, or customization fees—if applicable—are generally non-refundable, while any prepaid fees are also typically not returned in cases of early cancellation.
