Log-on Protection: Access to personal and sensitive data is secured by authentication control.

Encryption: Data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access during transmission and storage.

Anti-virus Systems: Protective software is in place to guard against malware and other cyber threats.

Anonymization: Personal data is anonymized where possible to reduce risk in case of unauthorized access.

Confidentiality Obligations: All Luzmo employees involved in data handling are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Single Sign-On (SSO): Luzmo supports SSO tokens for secure, streamlined authentication to embedded dashboards, minimizing password-related vulnerabilities.

Granular Access Control: The Access Control Layer enables fine-grained permissions, restricting users to only the data and dashboards they are authorized to see.

Ownership: All customer data submitted to Luzmo remains the sole and exclusive property of the customer and/or its authorized users.

Usage Rights: Luzmo is granted a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, store, modify, transmit, and display customer data only as necessary to provide and support the services.

Portability: Upon termination, customers can request a readable and usable copy of their personal data and/or systems containing personal data, provided the request is made at least 14 days prior to termination. Luzmo will provide this copy before securely deleting all customer data within 30 days after termination, except where retention is legally required.

License Flexibility: Customers are granted a license to use Luzmo’s products as defined by their chosen plan. If business needs change (such as requiring more users or features), customers can upgrade or modify their plan accordingly, subject to timely payment and compliance with the agreement.

Internal Use and Distribution: The license covers internal business purposes and, for OEMs, the development and distribution of products incorporating Luzmo, within the limits of the selected plan.

Non-Compliance: Any use outside the agreed terms (such as exceeding user limits or unauthorized distribution) may result in immediate suspension or termination of the agreement by Luzmo.

Subcontractors: Customers may use subcontractors, provided those parties adhere to Luzmo’s terms and the customer remains responsible for their actions.

Automatic Renewal: Luzmo subscriptions for licensed products and add-on modules are automatically (tacitly) renewed for successive terms of the same length as the expiring term, unless either party provides notice to terminate before the renewal date.

Renewal Period: Each renewal period matches the duration of the original subscription term (e.g., annual subscriptions renew for another year).

Payment Terms: Payment is required upfront or in installments as specified in the contract. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration.

Review and Management: It is recommended to track renewal dates and review contract terms to avoid unwanted auto-renewals and to provide sufficient notice if you wish to renegotiate or cance.

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation): Ensures the protection and privacy of personal data for EU residents.

CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act): Addresses data privacy rights for California residents.

SOC 2 Compliance: Demonstrates adherence to strict information security policies and procedures, particularly relevant for SaaS providers.

ISO 27001: Luzmo uses exclusively ISO 27001-certified data centers, ensuring high standards for information security management.
