Locoia accepts payments via SEPA direct debit or credit card. Payment details are securely managed and stored by Stripe, a leading global payment provider. Only users with Account Admin privileges can update payment information.
You can view, download, and manage your invoices and payment history directly from your account dashboard. This allows for easy tracking of billing and subscription changes.
When you enter credit card or SEPA details, you are redirected to Stripe’s secure payment portal. Credit card details are stored and visible in the portal, but SEPA details are securely stored and not visible again after entry.
You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle, and you will receive a confirmation and updated invoice within two business days.
Upon cancellation, your access to the Locoia platform will end at the conclusion of your current billing period. You retain ownership of your data and can export it before cancellation, subject to your data retention settings.
Only users with the Account Admin role can manage invoices, payments, and subscription changes, ensuring secure and controlled account management.
