LeanDNA

Ease of Use: Users frequently highlight LeanDNA as very user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Many find onboarding and training smooth, even for new or less technical users

Improved Inventory and Supply Chain Visibility: The system is praised for providing a clear, centralized view of inventory levels, excesses, shortages, and key signals, making it much easier to optimize procurement and avoid shortages or overstocking

Effective Reporting and Analytics: Dashboards, reports, and visual metrics are described as detailed, customizable, and easy to generate. Users note that LeanDNA’s reports support quick, actionable decision-making and facilitate communication both within teams and with suppliers

Time Savings and Efficiency: Reviewers report significant time saved from manual reporting or using Excel; LeanDNA streamlines data extraction and standardizes processes, which improves both productivity and data accuracy

Rapid Implementation and Good Support: Customers appreciate the smooth onboarding experience, support from the LeanDNA team, and timely implementation. The company’s Customer Success team and knowledge base are cited as helpful and professional.

Actionable Insights: The software’s suggestions and analytics help supply chain teams prioritize actions, improve KPIs, and address urgent material or supplier issues proactively.

Customization: Users like the option to customize widgets, reports, and dashboards to match the specific needs of their organizations

Data Update Frequency: A common concern is that LeanDNA’s information is typically updated only once per day (e.g., at midnight or after 5 AM ERP refresh). Some users wish for real-time or more frequent data syncing to reflect late-day changes or urgent updates

Overwhelming Options for New Users: The plethora of features, customization, and available tools can be confusing when first learning the platform. Some users would like more advanced or comprehensive training resources

Feature Gaps: A few reviewers mention missing or desired features, such as more options for Make/Build items, better PowerBI/live dashboard integration, mass uploads, and improved analytics detail for certain modules (e.g., performance metrics “scratching the surface”).

Complex Navigation for Some Tasks: While generally easy to navigate, some specific functions or advanced settings may require extra time to locate or master.
