Formidable Form
By Strategy11, LLC. Formidable Forms
Advanced Functionality: Excels at complex, data-driven tasks, including visual form calculations, conditional logic, multi-page forms, and file uploads.
Data Views & Displays: A unique and powerful feature that allows users to display submitted form data on the front-end of the WordPress site (e.g., directories, calendars, job boards).
Payment Collection: Offers robust integration with payment gateways like Stripe, PayPal, and Authorize.net for collecting e-commerce orders, donations, and subscriptions.
Integrations: Excellent connectivity with marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), and other services via a wide range of add-ons.
Learning Curve: Due to its power and complexity, the plugin has a steeper learning curve than simple form builders, particularly when building custom Views or complex applications.
Cost: The advanced features (Views, Payments, Integrations) are locked behind the higher-tier annual subscriptions, which can be expensive.
WordPress Dependency: Requires a self-hosted WordPress website to operate; it is not a standalone SaaS solution.
