Non-Intrusive Management: Key feature is the Virtual Terminal (command-line access via Powershell) which allows IT technicians to perform background tasks (e.g., RMM, running as SYSTEM, unattended access) without disrupting the user's active session.
Security & Compliance: Strong focus on security with True end-to-end encryption (using ephemeral private keys), Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), and compliance/eligibility for standards like HIPAA and PCI DSS.
Cost-Efficiency: Very affordable pricing structure, especially for managing a large number of devices per technician, making it highly valuable for Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and IT administrators.
RMM Tools: Includes RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management) features such as service tag discovery, performance monitoring, reboot to safe mode, and organize devices with directories.
Support: Publicly available support options appear to rely more on community/forum and FAQ, with email support sometimes listed as unavailable for paid versions in some comparison charts (though this data is inconsistent).
Newer Solution: Founded in 2019, it may not have the same extensive feature set or integration ecosystem as older, more established remote desktop solutions.
Missing Features: Some user-based reviews note the absence of features like a file transfer function and potential limitations in OS support or integration compared to long-standing competitors.
