ERA EHS Software is designed with flexibility to accommodate changes in organizational size, user count, and feature requirements. Here’s how scaling up or down is typically managed:
Additional user licenses can be purchased as your organization grows. Pricing is typically subscription-based, with per-user or per-module fees, allowing you to increase capacity as needed.
ERA’s platform is modular, so you can add new features or modules (such as air, water, waste, audits, or training management) at any time. This lets you tailor the system to evolving compliance or operational needs.
All clients receive the latest features and updates automatically, with no extra charges for upgrades or new versions, supporting seamless expansion without hidden costs.
As you scale, ERA supports integration with other business systems (ERP, HR, regulatory portals), ensuring data flows smoothly across your expanding operations.
If your organization needs to downsize, you can reduce the number of active user licenses, which will lower your subscription costs accordingly. Adjustments can be made at the end of a billing cycle.
Unneeded modules or features can be discontinued, allowing you to streamline your system and reduce expenses. ERA’s modular approach means you only pay for what you use.
ERA EHS Software typically operates on annual or monthly subscription models. To maintain access, subscriptions must be renewed at the end of each term.
Subscriptions may be set to renew automatically, ensuring uninterrupted service. Renewal terms and payment schedules are specified at the time of purchase.
If automatic renewal is not enabled, clients are responsible for renewing their subscription before the term expires to avoid service interruption.
ERA notifies clients of upcoming renewals. If a subscription is not renewed, access to the software and its features is suspended at the end of the paid term.
Any unused services or entitlements (such as unused Safety Data Sheets in certain modules) expire at the end of the subscription and do not roll over to future terms.
Annual subscriptions, whether paid monthly or annually, generally cannot be canceled early. Clients are committed to the full term once the subscription begins.
To cancel a subscription, clients must notify ERA, typically via a designated email address (e.g., [email protected]). Upon cancellation, access to the software ends after the current subscription period.
Refund Policy
For “No Contract On Demand” packages, a pro-rated refund may be issued based on the unused portion of the service. For “One-Year Commitment Plan” packages, a partial refund is available if the request is made within the first billing period (up to 30 days from purchase), calculated based on unused entitlements. After this period, no further refunds are provided, and clients are released from future payment obligations.
One-time annual payments are refunded in full except for the first month, which is refunded on a pro-rated basis if cancellation occurs within the first billing period.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days, provided the conditions for a refund are met.
