Your Data: Clients retain full ownership of their data. Eftsure does not claim any ownership rights over client data; its rights are limited to the license granted for service provision.
License Grant: Clients grant Eftsure a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, fully-paid-up license to use, disclose, copy, transmit, store, back-up, and modify client data solely for:
