Implementation Cycle for Seamless Transformation
Dice prioritizes a swift and efficient product implementation for our clients, typically completing the process within 15 days to a month. This phased approach ensures that companies can effectively test, train, and transition to our platform with ease. From initial discussions to the final handover, the Dice implementation cycle is designed to empower client organizations, ensuring full functionality immediately after going live.
Step 1: Client Scope and Requirement Discussion
Dice initiates by aligning the system's functionalities with the client’s organizational goals. Dice's transformation experts engage regularly with the client to identify integration needs, discuss customizations, and ensure that the solution caters precisely to the company’s specific requirements. This collaborative approach guarantees that the platform not only meets immediate needs but also scales in tandem with the company's future objectives.
Step 2: Project Kickoff
This phase marks the detailed walkthrough of the system, including discussions on the type of data to be synced with HRMS and ERP systems, as well as the format of reports—both standard and tailored. Dice prepares a comprehensive project plan outlining the key objectives, system outputs, and a clear timeline for configurations and execution. This establishes a solid foundation for the implementation, ensuring alignment between the client’s expectations and our deliverables.
Step 3: Product Readiness with UAT
Once the technological customizations are completed, Dice provides stakeholders with access to a testing dashboard. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) begins, allowing clients to simulate various use cases. During this phase, feedback is actively incorporated, ensuring all necessary adjustments are made. A checklist confirming the fulfillment of the agreed scope is finalized, and the system is refined based on real-world use and client insights, guaranteeing readiness for full deployment.
Step 4: Period of Hyper-care
Before the final go-live, Dice offers a 1-2 week "hyper-care" period, where clients can request minor adjustments and familiarize themselves well with the platform. Comprehensive training is provided to employees and stakeholders, ensuring ease of use and full functionality. Security testing is also conducted during this phase to guarantee the platform’s robustness. This period solidifies user confidence and prepares the team for a seamless operational transition.
Step 5: Final Go-Live
With all systems ready, master data is uploaded, and the platform is updated in real-time. The final go-live includes 3-4 weeks of dedicated implementation support. Dice's engagement team remains available to address any queries or concerns during this period. Upon successful deployment, the platform is formally handed over, with ongoing engagement and support provided to ensure long-term success.
