Denxpert is designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing organizations to scale their usage up or down as business needs change. Here are the key terms and practices related to scaling:
Modular Structure: Denxpert operates on a modular system, enabling organizations to add or remove modules (such as EHS, ESG, CSRD, etc.) based on evolving requirements.
Scalable by Users, Sites, and Functions: Licensing can be adjusted according to the number of users, organizational sites, and required functionalities. This makes it suitable for both small and large enterprises.
Custom Pricing Plans: Pricing is tailored to the company’s size, industry, and reporting needs, starting from a base annual or monthly fee. Organizations can request adjustments to their subscription as their needs grow or contract.
Direct Engagement: To scale up (add users, modules, or sites) or scale down (reduce scope or features), organizations typically contact Denxpert’s support or sales team. Adjustments are made through direct consultation to ensure the subscription matches current requirements.
Upgrading: Additional modules, users, or features can be added at any time, with pricing and terms updated accordingly.
Downgrading: Organizations can reduce the number of users, modules, or features, usually at the end of the current billing cycle or contract term. There is no self-service portal for instant changes; all adjustments are managed through direct communication with Denxpert’s team.
No Hidden Fees: Changes to the subscription are made transparently, with no hidden or automatic charges.
Annual or Monthly Billing: Denxpert offers both annual and monthly billing options, allowing organizations to adjust their commitment and scale at renewal points.
Custom Agreements: Larger enterprises can negotiate custom terms, including scaling provisions, payment schedules, and feature access, to match their evolving needs.
Expert Guidance: Denxpert’s global network of experts provides ongoing support during scaling, ensuring smooth transitions and continued compliance.
Manual Renewal Process: Denxpert contracts do not automatically renew by default. Renewal is typically managed through direct engagement between the client and Denxpert, allowing for review and adjustment of terms, user counts, modules, and pricing at each renewal period.
Custom Agreements: Organizations can negotiate custom renewal terms, including contract duration, pricing, and included modules, to match evolving business needs.
Notification and Communication: Clients are encouraged to track contract expiration dates and initiate renewal discussions in advance. Denxpert may also notify clients of upcoming expirations to facilitate timely renewals.
Adjustments at Renewal: At the time of renewal, organizations can scale up or down—adding or removing users, modules, or features as needed. Pricing and terms are updated accordingly.
No Hidden Fees: All changes to the contract, including renewals, are made transparently and with explicit agreement from both parties.
Account Termination: Either Denxpert or the client may terminate the account. If Denxpert initiates termination, the client will be notified by email with an explanation, though Denxpert reserves the right to terminate without providing reasons.
Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients can cancel their order or contract at any time by contacting Denxpert via email or customer care. If specific terms for cancellation are included in the service agreement, those terms will apply.
Cooling-Off Period (EU Consumers): For clients based in the European Union, there is a statutory 14-day “cooling off” period after order confirmation. During this period, clients can cancel the contract for any reason by notifying Denxpert. If services have already begun, clients may be required to pay for services rendered up to the point of cancellation. If services are fully performed within the cooling-off period, the right to cancel is lost.
Refunds: If cancellation occurs within the cooling-off period and services have not been fully performed, refunds are processed within 5 working days, and no later than 14 calendar days after notification of cancellation. If services have begun but are not complete, a proportional refund is issued based on the services provided.
Post-Cooling-Off Cancellation: After the 14 days, cancellation is subject to the specific terms of the contract, which may include a minimum contract duration or notice period for termination.
