User Acceptance Testing (UAT): After integration, UAT is conducted to ensure the system meets the client's requirements. This involves both parties and requires signing off on the UAT document.

Flexible Communication Solutions: Clickatell's SMS Platform allows businesses to create customizable communication solutions, enabling SMS-enablement of any application, website, or system.

Customizable Content and Two-Way Messaging: Businesses can create customizable content and take advantage of international two-way messaging, providing flexibility in communication.

Integration with Existing Systems: The platform is scalable and easy to integrate with existing infrastructure and systems, allowing for a tailored fit to specific business needs.

Role-Based Access and Control: The platform provides role, rights, and permissions-based access, facilitating greater control over communication processes.

Setup and Professional Services Fees: Clickatell may charge setup fees, professional services fees, and other applicable fees for additional services upon the customer's request.

Recurring Monthly Fees: There may be recurring monthly fees associated with the services, depending on the specific configurations and services requested by the customer.

Per Message Fees: Customers are charged a per-message fee for each SMS message submitted for delivery, which is invoiced monthly in arrears.

Security Deposit: Clickatell reserves the right to request a security deposit based on the customer's risk profile.

Technical Support Services: Clickatell provides technical support services at the level indicated in the applicable technical support services annexure.

Access to Documentation: Customers are provided access to relevant documentation through channels elected by Clickatell.

Training Fees: Training services may be offered at an additional cost, subject to a written request from the customer.

Compliance with Standards: The company is compliant with various security standards, ensuring a high level of security and regulatory compliance.

Advance Notice: Customers receive a notice of new releases at least 30 days prior to the rollout, detailing the migration plans and support provided during the transition.

Customer Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to migrate to new releases within the specified time frame. Failure to do so may constitute a breach of the agreement.
