BakeSmart’s pricing structure is designed to be transparent, scalable, and tailored to the needs of bakeries of various sizes. The core BakeSmart Platform, which includes the Admin, Sales, and Fulfillment Suites, is priced at $199 per month per location, and this includes one point-of-sale license. For bakeries that require additional functionality, optional add-ons are available: the Cake Matrix module, which enables precise customization and pricing for complex cake orders, costs an additional $149 per month, while the Same Day eCommerce feature—designed to synchronize online and in-store inventory for same-day fulfillment—is available for $49 per month. Additional POS stations can also be added for $49 per month each. There is a one-time onboarding fee of $1,999, which covers initial setup and training, and a $500 setup fee for each additional location. BakeSmart does not require a long-term contract, allowing bakeries to upgrade or downgrade their subscription as needed. Support is included in the monthly fee, with access to 24/7 emergency assistance, regular phone and email support, and scheduled office hours for personalized help.
