Aeries Software offers a variety of pricing options tailored to the needs of K-12 educational institutions. The annual subscription and hosting fees are based on the most recent California Department of Education (CDE) Data Quest Reported Enrollment. Additional costs include a one-time fee for data conversion and an annual maintenance fee of $250 per year for each converted prior year database. Training is available at $1,800 per day for onsite sessions, and remote training via Zoom is offered at $250 per hour. Aeries Financials incurs an additional 5% plus $0.30 per transaction fee. Optional premium hosting services, such as dedicated SQL servers and custom hosted SQL databases, are available for an extra cost, depending on the district's specific needs.
