Acquirell is a cloud-based Corporate Procurement Platform tailored to empower Small and Midsize Businesses (SMBs) to gain control over their spending, secure better terms from suppliers, and streamline the entire source-to-pay process through an integrated suite of strategic procurement tools. The platform is structured around several key modules, including Requirements/Requisitions for consolidating and approving purchase needs, and comprehensive E-Sourcing tools that facilitate everything from simple RFQs to complex, multi-stage e-auctions and tenders with flexible evaluation criteria. It includes robust Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), which automates contract creation based on sourcing data and monitors obligations and key event notifications, alongside a strong Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) system for maintaining a centralized contractor database and managing accreditation. By unifying these functions, Acquirell ensures controlled spending, simplifies PO processing, and provides insightful Procurement Analytics to visualize budget savings and overall procurement effectiveness.
