  Users can choose an Assisted Setup, where A2X recommends best-practice configurations based on a business questionnaire, or opt for a fully custom setup, where you define all mappings and settings yourself. You can start with the assisted option and later refine the setup as needed.
• Multi-Channel and Multi-Region Support:
  A2X supports consolidating data from multiple sales channels and regions, allowing you to customize reporting and reconciliation for each channel or location.

• Data Portability:
  You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your personal information stored by A2X. You can request your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion where legally required. If you withdraw consent for A2X to use your data, they will cease processing it within a reasonable time, except for data that is part of aggregated datasets. Customer data is generally stored for seven years, but may be retained longer if required by law. All personal information is managed according to A2X’s data retention policy.

• Plan Upgrades:
  If your business grows and your order volume increases, you can upgrade your A2X plan at any time through your subscription settings. A2X also has an automated system that reviews your average order volume over the past three months. If you consistently exceed your plan’s order threshold, you’ll receive email notifications and your plan will be automatically upgraded in the next billing cycle.
• Plan Downgrades:
  If your order volume decreases, you can downgrade your plan manually at any time. The automated system also reviews your average order volume and will auto-downgrade your plan if your usage drops below your current plan’s threshold for three consecutive months.
• No Prorated Refunds:
  If you downgrade your plan, A2X does not offer prorated refunds for unused portions of the higher-tier plan.

  Upgrading from a single-channel to a multi-channel plan (for businesses selling on multiple platforms) requires selecting the appropriate multi-channel plan in your subscription settings. Each additional sales channel increases the subscription cost.

• Automatic Monthly Billing:
  By registering an organization or providing a payment method, you authorize A2X to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis for the subscription fee and any applicable taxes or additional charges incurred through your use of the service.
• No Fixed Contract Term:
  A2X subscriptions operate on a month-to-month basis without a fixed long-term contract. Your subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel.
• Cancellation Process:
  You can cancel your subscription at any time through your subscription settings. Upon cancellation, billing stops immediately, and your account reverts to a free trial mode with limited access. Service ends immediately to prevent further data being sent to your accounting system. To maximize usage, it is recommended to cancel at the end of your billing cycle.
• No Prorated Refunds:
  A2X does not provide refunds or credits for partial months after cancellation.
• Plan Changes:
  You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time via your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately upon confirmation. Downgrades also take effect immediately but do not result in refunds for the unused portion of the higher-tier plan.
• Suspension or Termination for Non-Payment:
  If payment is not received by the due date, A2X reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service.
• Modification of Terms:
  A2X may modify its Terms of Use at any time. They will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
  A2X complies with GDPR, the European Union’s privacy regulation that governs the processing and protection of personal data of EU citizens. This includes robust data protection policies, user rights to access, correction, and deletion of personal data, and clear consent mechanisms.
