Monthly Subscription Plan:
Renewal: Automatically renews every month on or about the same day.
Cancellation: To cancel, you must email [email protected] at least three business days before the renewal date. Upon cancellation, the service continues until the end of the current billing cycle, with no further charges thereafter.
Annual Subscription Plan:
Renewal: Automatically renews each year on the anniversary of your subscription.
Cancellation: To cancel, you must email [email protected] at least ten days before the renewal date. Notably, you cannot cancel or downgrade the service until the end of the annual term. No refunds are provided for annual payments, so ensure your commitment to a full year before selecting this plan.
Termination by Zencastr:
For Paying Customers: Zencastr may terminate your subscription at the end of a billing cycle with at least 30 days' prior notice. Alternatively, they can terminate at any time with 90 days' notice, providing a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of the billing cycle.
